Road accidents and related deaths kills more people than death related to terror attacks, but this does not attract much attention. So it is not death of people but the issue related to death makes the life important.

In this incident of bus accident, bus plunged in gorge, resulting seven deaths and several critically injured. The bus was full of devotees heading for nearby shrine of god.The reckless driving, drunken driving, lack of law enforcement, corruption makes the life common man insignificant.

Seven persons were killed and 23 others were injured when a Jammu-bound passenger bus plunged into a gorge in Kathua district early on

Monday, the police said.

A deluxe coach ferrying passengers, mostly Vaishno Devi pilgrims from Amritsar, met with the accident at Sahark Khan in Kathua district around 2.30 am on Monday apparently due to bad weather conditions and dense fog, they said.

Five persons were killed on the spot while the injured were rushed to the district hospital at Kathua.

Five critically injured passengers were later shifted to Government Medical College Hospital, where two on them succumbed to injuries, the police said.
