The international event requires participants to partially disrobe at a designated subway platform and put away their clothes. They then ride the subway and act non-chalant and act as if they're confused when other's inquire about why they're almost naked. The participants will strategically exit and enter at subway stops to "expose" themselves to an entirely new audience. Most events are followed by an after party where people without pants can likely expect at least one round of free drinks.

That's just... just... awesome. Improv Everywhere does some great stuff- their Frozen Grand Central even got applause from the NYPD, who are pretty hard to impress.

I was at the join the impact meeting the other night and someone mentioned frozen grand centeral, but i didn't know what they were talking about.now i do! thanks.t's a neat artful concept that gets attention but isn't confrontational. in nyc that is a bonus, i guess. Join the Impact couldn't get permits for their last protest so it didn't happen. anyway its still good for people to be exhibiting that they can organize! this has the distinct advantage of being both powerful and entertaining.

I guess Vancouver doesn't really have a subway so we can't participate, but it seems like it would be quite fun!
