9/11 anniversary: Pakistan has a new breed of Taliban

After the 9/11 terror attacks in the United States, the US made Pakistan to jump into Washington's so-called war on terror but Islamabad could neither satisfy its bullying ally despite suffering huge losses nor could maintain order on its own soil, with the situation reaching the point where the very 'ally' now seems ready to run amock on its soil.

Jane's report on Kashmir. Kashmir Paradise turned into Hell.

No surprise that Pakistan 'can't control' what it promotes. So very Taqiya.

Taqiya?  Are you calling the poster a liar?

Rene, I have visited the links posted by you. Perhaps, you did not note that almost 99 per cent writers on the website mentioned by you are Indians while Jane's report on Kashmir too has been written by an Indian. Perhaps you do not know that the Indian Hindus had opposed creation of Pakistan tooth and nail and did not digest the country till today. How can they write the truth. I have picture of a newborn whose one arm was fractured in the womb of his mother when several Indian troops raped her a couple of weeks before she gave birth to the baby. Perhaps a copy of the book containing the picture could be found in the library of the US Congress because it was translated by a Pakistani from Urdu into English on demand of a US senator and as I remember 500 copies were sent to him.

And you? You are Pakistani, right? Truth to tell, Kashmir has become a country that many of the original inhabitants have fled because of incursions by whom? Going to tell us that Pakistanis weren't involved?

Of course, I am Pakistani. Remember involvement of Pakistan is based on the assumption that Pakistan supports militants but what would you call the presence and involvement of regular and paramilitary Indian forces in human rights abuses in Kashmir?

Visit the following links, both the reports have not been written by any Pakistani. Perhaps one has been written by an Indian while the other seems to be any American or European.

Remember, I neither belong to any political party, jihadi group, civil or military establishment or anything else. I am an ordinary Pakistani and a working journalist, having an independent viewpoint on different issues. I have no prejudices with anyone but facts cannot be denied. I comment on different things just to quell what I believe is a spate of negative propaganda against Pakistan and Muslims because being a Pakistani and Muslim it is my duty.

Yes, if any of my comments has offended you, I apologise for that. Please don't think that I comment on stories to offend others.

A bit off topic.... but

kashmir-information.com is owned by Kashmiri Overseas Association, Inc, which is staffed by people with strong ties to India.

What is fascinating to me about Kashmir is that Pakistan and India battle over it all the time, yet China which has a good bite of it which is not recognized by India has virtually no troubles. Isn't India brazen enough to go poking around "that" parties disputed region ?

Of the two regions claimed by Pakistan, India disputes Both.  Pakistan only disputes one of India's a very small region the Siachen glacier in the northern areas that borders Chinese and the Indian controlled Kashmir.

I am no expert on the subject, but there is more than enough blame to go around to all parties on the Kashmir issue.

Back to the story at hand, I too feel it could use an Opinion marker. Not only for the lead in, but the story itself seems much less news and more singular perspective of history and political agenda.

This needs an opinion tag, I believe.  Words such as "so-called" and "bullying" definitely refer to opinion.

If the link is also your piece hussain, then I agree an opinion flag would be welcomed.

Amyjudd, no it's not mine but a local news agency has released it. This was the reason that I did not post it completely and posted just a link.

That's fine - I just couldn't tell from the article.

And just where in the article did you 'excerpt' that paragraph from? Your words you posted above are not in the article.

intro has been written by me.

René

So, Dunk was right. and you should put OPINION on it.

It would be less confusing if it was made clear which parts were original from the poster, and which parts were from work by another person.

He wrote the intro himself didn't he?
