9/11 - Ten Years On and No Justice Pt. 1

This coming week-end will mark the 10th anniversary of the 9/11 mass-murders. Why is it that we still know almost nothing about the perpetrators or how a man living in a cave managed to carry out this evil act against the worlds #1 super-power. The 9/11 commission is a joke full of new science and unworkable physics. As well, the so-called "Master-mind" Khalid Sheikh Mohammed is.

9/11 - Ten Years On and No Justice 

Ten years has gone by since the mass-murder of 3000 people in New York. Ten years has gone by without anyone being brought to justice. How is this possible? How many have been arrested, how many trials have taken place and how much background information has been released. Virtually none. So far only the “Mastermind” of 9/11 Khalid Sheikh Mohammed has been captured and apparently the “big cheese” himself, bin Laden, taken out. Although Khalid Sheikh Mohammed was arrested in Pakistan in 2003 he has yet to stand trial. Is this because there is some problem with the case? According to Wikipedia… 

“Khalid Sheikh Mohammed was a member of Osama bin Laden's terrorist group al-Qaeda organization, although he lived in Kuwait rather than Afghanistan, heading al Qaeda’s propaganda operation…The 9/11 Commission Report alleges that he was "the principal architect of the 9/11 attacks." He is also alleged to have confessed to a role in many of the most significant terrorist plots…including the World Trade Center 1993 bombings, the Operation Bojinka plot, an aborted 2002 attack on the U.S. Bank Tower in Los Angeles, the Bali nightclub bombings, the failed bombing of American Airlines Flight 63, the Millennium Plot, and the murder of Daniel Pearl.”

It would be logical for most of us to celebrate the fact that this mad man has eventually been captured and will be brought to justice. However, this is based on two logical presumptions. First, that Khalid Sheikh Mohammed is responsible for this litany of crimes and second that the man held in captivity is actually him. Unfortunately, the probability of both is not likely. Having said this and staying in the mood of trial and prosecution of the guilty parties what do we know in order to mount a case against the perpetrators of this crime whoever they are. Rather than postulate on maters, which have drawn criticism by some, and cries of derision from others, I will try to stay away from anything deemed a “Conspiracy Theory”.

September 11, 2001 was the mass-murder of 3000 people. Within hours the blame was squarely placed on the head of Osama bin Laden and his terrorist group al Qaida even though there had been no investigation. Obviously all participants flying the hijacked planes were killed. We were then told that various security agents had been tracking these men for some time. We are informed that amongst this terrorist group were accomplished pilots. Based on eyewitness statements as well as government information we know that the plane flight # executed a manoeuvre that was so spectacular that even the experts were amazed at the pilot’s skill.

The result of this attack was that the WTC Twin-towers, buildings #1 and #2 collapsed around 10.00 in the morning followed by building #7 later in the afternoon. The cause of the collapse was massive structural failure due to intense heat from the fires created by the jet fuel on the planes (buildings #1 and #2) and fires of office furniture in building #7 that although it had not been hit apparently spontaneously combusted. Flight #77 crashed into the Pentagon flying a ground level and flight #93 fell out of the sky and crashed in a field in Pennsylvania.

In mounting our case that we will call “The People vs. ? – The prosecution of criminal elements who carried out the mass murder of 3000 people on September 11, 2001” let’s just gather evidence, lay it out on our virtual office table and stand back to observe.

The twin towers were hit early on the morning of September 11 and fell less than 2 hours later. What historical data can we use in comparison showing the total collapse of a steel-framed skyscraper? Well actually we cant since there has never been a collapse of a steel-framed skyscraper in history other that these three building all on the same day. 

Fires Have Never Caused Skyscrapers to Collapse 

“Excepting the three 9-11 collapses, no fire, however severe, has ever caused a steel-framed high-rise building to collapse. Following are examples of high-rise fires that were far more severe than those in WTC 1 and 2, and building 7. In these precedents, the fires consumed multiple floors, produced extensive window breakage, exhibited large areas of emergent flames, and went on for several hours. The fires in the WTC towers did none of these things.”

“The fire caused window breakage, cracking of granite, and failures of spandrel panel connections.   Despite the severity and duration of the fire, as evidenced by the damage the building sustained, no part of the building collapsed.” 

The First Interstate Bank Fire

“The First Interstate Bank Building is a 62-story skyscraper in Los Angeles that suffered the worst high-rise fire in the city's history. From the late evening of May 4, 1988 through the early morning of the next day, 64 fire companies battled the blaze, which lasted for 3 1/2 hours. The fire caused extensive window breakage, which complicated firefighting efforts. Large flames jutted out of the building during the blaze. Firefighting efforts resulted in massive water damage to floors below the fire, and the fire gutted offices from the 12th to the 16th floor, and caused extensive smoke damage to floors above. The fire caused an estimated $200 million in direct property loss.” 

The 1 New York Plaza Fire

“1 New York Plaza is a 50-story office tower less than a mile from the World Trade Center site. It suffered a severe fire and explosion on August 5, 1970. The fire started around 6 PM, and burned for more than 6 hours.”  

 Caracas Tower Fire

 “The tallest skyscraper in Caracas, Venezuela experienced a severe fire on October 17, 2004. The blaze began before midnight on the 34th floor, spread to more than 26 floors, and burned for more than 17 hours. Heat from the fires prevented firefighters from reaching the upper floors, and smoke injured 40 firefighters.”

 The Windsor Building Fire

 “A more recent case of a severe high-rise fire is the one that destroyed the Windsor Building in Madrid, Spain on February 12, 2005. The Windsor fire was more severe than any of the fires described above, and the incident has been widely publicized, with comparisons to the fires in the three World Trade Center skyscrapers on 9/11/01.”

 The Beijing Mandarin Oriental Hotel Fire

 “The most recent example of a spectacular skyscraper fire was the burning of the Hotel Mandarin Oriental starting on February 9, 2009. The nearly completed 520-foot-tall skyscraper in Beijing caught fire around 8:00 pm, was engulfed within 20 minutes, and burned for at least 3 hours until midnight. Despite the fact that the fire extended across all of the floors for a period of time and burned out of control for hours, no large portion of the structure collapsed.”

“It is tempting to draw parallels between this spectacle and the destruction of WTC 1, 2, and 7 because of the stark opposites: on 9/11/01, three skyscrapers were transformed into piles of rubble primarily as a consequence, supposedly, of fires -- fires spanning small fractions of each building; and on 2/09/09, a skyscraper remained intact after burning like a torch for hours. However such parallels may be limited by major structural differences between the buildings in the two cases -- one being that the Hotel Mandarin Oriental, designed by the famous Dutch architect Rem Koolhaas, had a full-height interior atrium, and thus had the hollowness that the 9-11 Commission deceptively attempted to attribute to the Twin Towers. Perhaps the relevance of the Mandarin fire to the events of 9/11/2001 is more symbolic than forensic.   So the first evidence to submit is that there has never been a complete collapse of a steel-frame skyscraper from fire, other than 3 buildings all on 9/11. What are the mathematical odds of this happening? Now if someone says “Yes but, none of the other buildings were hit by a plane full of gasoline”, so let’s look at this.

Planes run of aircraft fuel a type of heavy kerosene also known as paraffin. This is not the same as gasoline, which has a much higher temperature. In fact as described in Wikipedia… “Kerosene is often used in the entertainment industry for fire performances, such as fire breathing, fire juggling or poi, and fire dancing. Because of its low flame temperature when burnt in free air, the risk is lower should the performer come in contact with the flame.”

The fact is that the vast majority of fuel on board the planes was consumed in the huge fireballs that erupted upon contact with the building, a building specifically built to withstand the impact of a jet-plane. The bottom-line on this is, whatever started the fires in any of these skyscrapers the evidence shows conclusively that the Twin-towers were barely alight when they fell and the fires were contained to a handful of floors. In comparison, the Beijing Mandarin Oriental Hotel burnt like a torch from top to bottom twisting metal, breaking windows and causing some minor collapse. The photos speak for themselves.

 Here is a statement from the head structural engineer concerning the design of the WTC…

“Twin Towers Engineered To Withstand Jet Collision”- By Eric Nalder

“Engineers had to consider every peril they could imagine when they designed the World Trade Center three decades ago because, at the time, the twin towers were of unprecedented size for structures made of steel and glass.”

"We looked at every possible thing we could think of that could happen to the buildings, even to the extent of an airplane hitting the side," said John Skilling, head structural engineer. "However, back in those days people didn't think about terrorists very much."

“Concerned because of a case where an airplane hit the Empire State Building, Skilling's people did an analysis that showed the towers would withstand the impact of a Boeing 707.”

"Our analysis indicated the biggest problem would be the fact that all the fuel (from the airplane) would dump into the building. There would be a horrendous fire. A lot of people would be killed," he said. "The building structure would still be there."

“Although Skilling is not an explosives expert, he says there are people who do know enough about building demolition to bring a structure like the Trade Center down.”

"I would imagine that if you took the top expert in that type of work and gave him the assignment of bringing these buildings down with explosives, I would bet that he could do it." –Seattle Times

Frank A. Demartini, on-site construction manager for the World Trade Center 

“The building was designed to have a fully loaded 707 crash into it. That was the largest plane at the time. I believe that the building probably could sustain multiple impacts of jetliners because this structure is like the mosquito netting on your screen door -- this intense grid -- and the jet plane is just a pencil puncturing that screen netting. It really does nothing to the screen netting.”

And lastly on this point is the evidence that refutes the lie that the WTC buildings were “Hollow-Tubes” a lie that is fostered by the 9/11 commissions and websites like Wikipedia. Following as an excerpt from the book “The New Holy Trinity – Religion, Government and the Corporation” by Paul-Anthony Kidman

9/11 and the “Hollow Tube” myth

            Wikipedia describes the Twin Towers thus: “…Yamasaki's (Minoru Yamasaki…lead architect) design, developing the tube-frame structural system used in the twin towers”. In order to get a definition of a “tube-frame structural system” Wikipedia provides a “click-through” to another page headed “Tube (structure)” that states “a building is designed to act like a three-dimensional hollow tube” and then gives three examples being “World Trade Center, Petronas Towers, Jin Mao Building”. Is it fair to say that Wikipedia is stating that the Twin Towers were empty hollow tubes? If this is the connotation put forward, then it is false and untrue. The Twin Towers were definitely not hollow since the central spine was the core structure, which kept these buildings standing. Also, if you go to the Wikipedia page on the Petronas Towers is states the following…“Supported by 23-by-23 metre concrete cores…” That is 75.4593 feet, so it again is not an empty tube. –Emphasis added by author

            Why does this have any importance? Because the “Pancake Theory” used by the government works best with a “hollow tube” design and actually not at all with the design and structure, found in the Twin Towers. Forget what the “Experts” call it. When you have 47 friggin huge steel columns covered in millions of tons of concrete filled with steal re-bar, elevator shafts constructed using tons more steel, wire, cables, pipes, etc, then “hollow tube” is just one more lie put out there to cover up the worst crime against the American People carried out by its traitorous government.

            The falsehood of a “hollow tube” theory originated with the 9/11 Commission Report, which states the following…

“In addition, the outside of each tower was covered by a frame of 14-inch-wide steel columns; the centers of the steel columns were 40 inches apart. These exterior walls bore most of the weight of the building. The interior core of the buildings was a hollow steel shaft, in which elevators and stairwells were grouped.

            This statement is a blatant lie, however it is cleverly worded. If I said that the inside of a well is hollow and therefore it would collapse what would be your reaction? Obviously we equate “hollow” with “empty”, therefore based in this type of “science” a well is impossible to construct since it is empty and hollow. Complete stupidity! Of course there is nothing inside a tube, is there anything inside an elevator shaft other that the elevator? So how does an elevator shaft stay erect? Man, just writing this I can see how stupid this argument is and how treacherous the 9/11 Commission was headed by another traitor.

            No engineer can honestly claim that the World Trade Center was hollow since its core was constructed of 47 steel columns some of which measured 52” x 22” and 5” thick.

“Some of the core columns apparently had outside dimensions of 36 inches by 16 inches. Others had larger dimensions, measuring 52 inches by 22 inches. The core columns were oriented so that their longer dimensions were perpendicular to the core structures' longer, 133-foot-wide sides.”

“The core columns were steel box-columns that were continuous for their entire height, going from their bedrock anchors in the sub-basements to near the towers' tops, where they transitioned to H-beams. Apparently the box columns, more than 1000 feet long, were built as the towers rose by welding together sections several stories tall. The sections were fabricated by mills in Japan that were uniquely equipped to produce the large pieces.” -Found at: www.911research.wtc7.net –Emphasis added by author

“Lastly, on this point is that most people have no idea concerning the amount of energy needed to destroy these buildings. It is astronomical and beyond our scope of understanding. The towers were pulverized, ground into microscopic dust. Planes, fires, explosives alone could not do this and the evidence is in the photographs. First we see pyroclastic clouds (pyroclastic density currents) as observed in a volcanic eruption. This is “…a fast-moving current of superheated gas (which can reach temperatures of about 1,000 °C (1,830 °F)) and rock (collectively known as tephra), which reaches speeds moving away from a volcano of up to 700 km/h (450 mph). –Wikipedia. The evidence is right in front of us in the photographs and video footage. Remember that if it looks like a duck, etc., so let’s go with the obvious and not some government conspiracy theory. They appear to be pyroclastic clouds and within these clouds can be seen massive beams and girders being flung out from the dust. Pieces of metal that weigh tons flying out as if matchsticks. One of the basic principles of physics is that any reaction has to equal the action, in other words a cannon ball does not fly through the air based on anything less that the force and energy needed to do this. Therefore, the energy required to sling a bean weighing many tons is gigantic. The photos show us these beams being thrown out, ejected as if they were twigs. What force was capable of doing this and reducing a building that weighed around 500,000 tons to a pile of dust particles the size of flour? And where were the pancakes? “The Twin Towers had large amounts of asbestos fireproofing which would have necessitated costly removal had they remained standing.”

“A region of several square miles was blanketed by fine powder resulting from the explosive collapses of the Twin Towers…contained significant percentages of asbestos.…found that some of the dust was four percent asbestos. This asbestos release may be a public health time bomb, because thousands of people breathed dust from the collapses. It remains to be seen how many of them will become victims of the EPA's false assurances that the air was safe to breathe.” -Found at: 911research.wtc7.net –Emphasis added by author

 -Piloting Skills

Next, let’s look at the piloting skill of the hijackers especially the one who made the most spectacular manoeuvre eventually crashing the plane into the Pentagon. To put it mildly the skills of these men was abysmal. Again we have unsolicited proof that Hani Hanjour could barely fly a single engines Cessna and thus would stand zero chance of being capable of piloting a commercial airline. We have two sources of evidence, the first is how incredibly difficult the acrobatic moves were and the second is how inept the pilots were.

“…flight instructor Sheri Baxter instantly recognized the name of alleged hijacker Hani Hanjour…Hanjour, the only suspect on Flight 77 the FBI listed as a pilot, had come to the airport one month earlier seeking to rent a small plane.” 

“…Baxter and fellow instructor Ben Conner took the slender, soft-spoken Hanjour on three test runs… they found he had trouble controlling and landing the single-engine Cessna 172. Even though Hanjour showed a federal pilot's license and a log book cataloging 600 hours of flying experience, chief flight instructor Marcel Bernard declined to rent him a plane without more lessons.”

 “In the spring of 2000, Hanjour had asked to enroll in the CRM Airline Training Center in Scottsdale, Ariz., for advanced training…Hanjour had attended the school for three months in late 1996 and again in December 1997 but never finished coursework for a license to fly a single-engine aircraft…”

“When Hanjour reapplied to the center last year, "We declined to provide training to him because we didn't think he was a good enough student when he was there in 1996 and 1997", Chilton said.” -Found at: whatreallyhappened.com -Emphasis added by author 

            Again we have concrete evidence, actual statements that the pilot Hani Hanjour was an incompetent buffoon when it came to piloting a plane that executed a spectacular manouver.

"For a guy to just jump into the cockpit and fly like an ace is impossible – there is not one chance in a thousand," Russ Wittenberg ex-commercial pilot, and notice his comment “impossible”. Yet we are led to believe that by some miracle Hanjour suddenly became a “Top Gun” pilot.

“At a speed of about 500 miles an hour, the plane was headed straight for what is known as P-56, protected air space 56, which covers the White House and the Capitol. But just as the plane seemed to be on a suicide mission into the White House, the unidentified pilot [Hanjour] executed a pivot so tight that it reminded observers of a fighter jet maneuver. The plane circled 270 degrees to the right to approach the Pentagon from the west, whereupon Flight 77 fell below radar level, vanishing from controllers' screens, the sources said.” 

“Aviation sources said the plane was flown with extraordinary skill, making it highly likely that a trained pilot was at the helm, possibly one of the hijackers. Someone even knew how to turn off the transponder, a move that is considerably less than obvious.” -Source: The Washington Post –Emphasis added by author

Note: Although this article is not concerned with what actually took place, but with what obviously did not, an interesting side-bar is as follows. It is a technological fact that commercial jets can be flown remotely. Yes, radio-controlled technology has existed for several yes and in-point-of-fact someone close to the Bush/Chaney administration was very much involved with this at the time of 9/11.

“On the morning of December 1, 1984, a remotely controlled Boeing 720 transport took off from Edwards Air Force Base (Edwards, California), made a left-hand departure and climbed to an altitude of 2300 feet. It then began a descent-to-landing to a specially prepared runway on the east side of Rogers Dry Lake.” -Found at: /www.dfrc.nasa.gov –Emphasis added by author

According to Wikipedia: “From 1987-2001, Zakheim was CEO of SPC International, a subsidiary of System Planning Corporation, a high-technology analytical firm.” So what exactly does SPC do? Come on guess. Well let me tell you then, one project was the manufacturing of equipment to remotely pilot aircraft. Yes friends, you read that correctly, SPC manufactures equipment used to remotely fly planes similar to the almost impossible manoeuvres which flight #77 made on 9/11 piloted by an idiot. The company was run at that time by Dov Zakheim who served as “Undersecretary of Defence and Comptroller” from 2001 to 2004 under George W. Bush. On his watch, he managed to loose or misplaced trillions of US government funds. As well, he was a contributor and supporter of a White Paper urging America to increase its defence budget and aggressively start to re-establish its world dominance and control (PNAC). This is the same document that suggested that the PNAC plan would be speeded up in the event of a “New Pearl Harbour”.

Photographs can easily be found on the internet showing absolute physical proof that the fires in the WTC buildings were barely alight. The black smoke would be produced by either burning plastics or other petroleum based materials. Some claim that it is a sign of low amounts of oxygen, however, this is not definitive in this case since there is potentially huge amounts available, however it was a reletively calm day. But the issue to be studied is the small amout of flame following the initial explosion where most of the jet fuel would have been ignighted and thus used. But the amount of jet fuel and the content of the offices have little to do with physical eveidence as seen in  photographs and in comparison to other massive, all consuming skyscraper fires that never destroyed any steel-framed building in history. How did three buildings all manage to collapse on the same day during 9/11

Most people are not aware of the information presented here because they rely on mainstream media to bring them the “facts”. However, this is impossibility since the media works hand in hand with the government and their job is to create disinformation and keep us stupid. I have only talked about two issues, how it is possible for three buildings to “pancake” as a result of fires and how is it possible for an inept stooge to fly a jet airliner when they are totally incompetent. These are issues that the US government and its cronies are not concerned about. If there were ever a lawsuit or a proper inquiry, these facts would be presented and debated. However, there will never be an impartial inquiry because there is no department that is untainted unless the People do it themselves.
