911 calls over sub with no sauce

By THE ASSOCIATED PRESS

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - The sauce for a spicy Italian sandwich was apparently a must have for one Florida man.

The man, Reginald Peterson, called 911 twice after a sandwich shop left off the sauce.

According to a police report, Peterson initially called the emergency number Thursday so that officers could have his subs made correctly.

The second call was to complain that police officers weren't arriving fast enough.

If I was ever served fish and chips without salt and vinegar I would call the frying squad.

I wish there was such a thing as the 'frying squad'. I wonder what the job requirements would be there?

There was a case of police in Wales being nicknamed the "frying squad" when they were cracking down on people putting cooking oil in vans!

Thanks everyone for your comments, Vinnie, I am surprised at your comments though, I would have thought, if displeased you would have shot them with the Death Ray on your "Frying Saucer"!
