Aaron Schock Men's Health Cover: Ripped Republican Abs
Aaron Schock Men's Health Cover
Aaron Schock is on the cover of the June issue of Men's Health, showing off his cartoonishly ripped abs. These days, Republicans can do one of two things to get into the news: question Obama's birthplace, or have a Marvel Comics physique. While Donald Trump must content himself with Option One, Aaron Schock (R-IL) went with Option Two, as he promotes his "Fit for Summer, Fit for Life" exercise challenge.
Note that Aaron Schock is the first member of US Congress to have been born in the Eighties. Now you feel old and fat. Aaron Schock is also probably the only elected official to be a gay icon. That, in and of itself, is no mean feat.
The Aaron Schock Daily Workout Routine
Just do one of the following routines 5-7 days a week:
- 60-to 75-minute P90X training session (a home exercise system invented by Tony Horton)
- 60-to 75-minute weight routine, focusing on high-weight, low-rep exercises: alternate upper-and lower-body days
- 3 sets of 30 pushups and 30 situps; plus a 5-mile run or 1-mile swim
