ABCNews/Washington Post poll in Virginia (September 18-21, 698 LV) shows Obama leading McCain by 3:

Obama 49
McCain 46

Overall, McCain now leads Obama by just 1.0% in the RCP Average for Virginia.

According to the ABC News/WaPo poll, Obama holds a 10-point lead over McCain on trust in dealing with the economy and financial institutions, while McCain holds a 10-point lead over Obama on dealing with terrorism and handling a "major crisis." Voters split evenly between the two on the question of international affairs and Iraq.
