Absolutely amazing video of Indigenous people in Northern Brazil where I'm sure they are not worried about what cell phone plan to get, with the most apps.
This is about an Indigenous Tribe in the forests of Brazil near the Puru border and the Government has said that the people do not exist because illegal loggers are trying to move in and push out anyone on the land.
It will be part of a new series by BBC and Survival International called Human Planet and not sure when or where it will be shown but it will be one I don't want to miss.
Researcher Jose Carlos Mirelles has studied the indigenous people for years.

I wonder if they even know there's a world outside their jungle? What do they think of the loud metal bird with fixed wings? Do they have any idea what it is? They clearly think it's a threat. Do their stories include tales of the machine people beyond the forest?
It's rather heartening that many people even care enough to try and let these people alone and not repeat the mistakes of the past.
