Can’t stop the roaring dragon. The China economic express is steaming down the tracks. While the leadership mechanism and government bureaucracy will provide natural resistance, the massive number of people experiencing new freedom and progress will become unstoppable.

Resource constraints may exacerbate the explosion, causing fits and starts, though the dragon keeps moving.
