It is just like new born baby started prectising Kung Fu. Afghanistan is new born, So called democracy. It haven't matured yet and it started using all dirty tricks of democracy.
Afghanistan will conduct its second round of elections on 2nd November, afer the UN team said that there is clear cut evidence of fraud in counting.

Afghanistan will hold a second round of its presidential election on 7 November, electoral officials say.

The run-off will take place between President Hamid Karzai and his main rival Abdullah Abdullah.

The announcement comes a day after a UN-backed panel said it had clear evidence of fraud in the first round of polling in August.

Initial results suggested Mr Karzai had received 55% of the vote, and ex-Foreign Minister Mr Abdullah 28%.

How many Abdullah Abdullah's do you suppose there are?

Sad to say, but most likely you are right. Hey if it can happen in the USA...

Karzai needs to go......we will never leave if he remains.   The Taliban would be back in a half a heartbeat, if we pull out, and he is still in office.
