Agricultural Policy Ministry Sets Minimum And Maximum Prices For Class VI Wheat, Barley And Corn For 2008/2009: The Agricultural Policy Ministry sets minimum and maximum prices for class VI wheat, feed barley and corn for the 2008/2009 fiscal year (July 2008 — June 2009). This follows from relevant order of the Agricultural Policy Ministry, the text of which Ukrainian News has obtained.
This document supplements the ministry's order issued in February on setting minimum and maximum prices for grains.
The ministry left minimum and maximum prices for classes I to V wheat and barley unchanged.
As Ukrainian News reported, on September 10, the Cabinet of Ministers added wheat flour or wheat-rye mix flour, barley and corn to the list of state price regulation targets for the 2008/2009 fiscal year.
Previously this list included wheat and wheat-rye mix, rye and sugar made of sugar beet.
Minimum and maximum prices of class VI wheat, barley and corn (UAH per ton):
