AIEEE 2011 results to be declared today at 1 p.m.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will declare the All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE) on June 5, 2011 at 1:00 p.m.

The results can be checked at the official website http://cbseresults.nic.in/aieee/cbseaieee.htm.

Around 10,53,832 students appeared for AIEEE this year. Students will get their Score Cards from June 6, 2011 onwards.

From this year, the students of General category, OBC category and SC/ST category who score 48 marks, 45 marks, 18 marks and 18 marks respectively are eligible to fill in their choices for online counseling for B.E./B.Tech and B.Arch/B. Planning which will be conducted by the Central Counseling Board of India.

The AIEEE is the gateway for admission into higher education professional degree courses like engineering, pharmacy and architecture offered through various Universities across India.

There are around 26816 seats for BE/B.Tech and 936 seats in B.Arch/B. up for grabs for merit students in various educational institutions across India.

Sir,I got OBC Category 37229 rank in B.E./B.Tech and B.Arch 9590 rank and I have to give compartment in Maths and I got 48 &47 in physics and chemistry respectively.Would I eligible for A.I.E.E.E.Please somebody help me out.
