Police Are Not Saying if the Body Found in Great Bend Kansas is That of Missing Alicia DeBolt, But an Autopsy is Underway
The investigators are continuing to work in the same area where a body was found on Tuesday, but police are refusing to release any more information until the autopsy has been concluded. Police would only say that they could not make a positive identification of the body at the scene.
The 14-year-old has been missing since Saturday when she had planned to attend a party.
Relatives of the girl told KWCH-TV that Alicia was last seen leaving home with a 19-year-old male friend. She had planned to attend a party and return home by midnight, relatives said.
Police are not saying anything further about their investigation, but more information should be released soon. A vigil was held for Alicia DeBolt in Great Bend where friends expressed their desire for Alicia to come home safe.

14 years old, and allowed to attend a party with a 19 year old friend until midnight? WTF? Although the 19 year old, evidently had nothing to do with this tragedy...Really?! The Nancy Grace show just reported she LEFT home at 11PM? Nothing WRONG with THIS? God have mercy on the PARENTS souls. God's got the child.

A 14 years old leaving home at 11 PM to party with a 19 years old? My God. She's just a child. How the parents could allow it? My 16 years old MUST be home by 11 and in bad. And 11 PM only if I know presicesly where is she and who's driving her home as well as that the company is appropriate in age and composition. The parents should be proscuted for neglect.
