Alien agenda? Gulf Oil Spill linked to contaminated rain in U.S.

A South Carolina resident has shown evidence that the toxic rain which Russian scientists have warned about is already orccuring.  David Icke and other researchers have linked the Gulf Oil Spill to a regressive alien agenda.  That is apparently why elites have sought to sabotage local efforts to help stop the spread the destruction of the Oil Spill.
