Amanda Knox Murder Trial Continues

The Amanda Knox murder trial is back underway. Amanda Knox (also called "Foxy Knoxy") and her ex-boyfriend, Rafaele Sollecito, are on trial for murdering Meredith Kircher, who was found with her throat slashed in the apartment she had shared with Amanda Knox.

The defense will focus on police mishandling of crucial evidence. The prosecution continues to assert that Meredith Kircher was murdered during a sex game gone wrong. A third defendant, Rudy Guede, has already been convicted.

Despite not having the indictments thrown out, the defence will continue to challenge DNA findings to try clear their clients' names.

Earlier Knox's father also said there was no DNA evidence against his daughter.

Something dodgy about this case, right from the start. Hope they solve this for the sake of the murdered girls family.

The girl is sooo guilty. She is a practiced liar and in her stupid arrogance thinks she can beat or bullshit the entire Italian legal system, who by the way have been treating her very nicely.   Sad for her she cannot come clean, confess to the killing, ask the court's mercy and give her poor parents a break from blowing all their life savings. And then we won't have to suffer her  sociopathic smiling face.

It's obvious that L REik doesn't have any children. Don't forget, you are innocent until proven guilty, at least in this country..How do you know she is a practiced liar and can beat the entire italian legal system.  It looks more to me like the italians need to find someone to take the rap for this outrageous killing and since she was the closest to her, she has become the sacrificial lamb.  I happen to be itallian, and actually feel sorry for this girl.  By itallian law, they do not have to prove her guilty beyond reasonable doubt.  A majority of the jurors have to believe she did it for her to be convicted.  The jurors also are not sequestered during the trial, they are being exposed to all the media who are out to get her.  Guilty or innocent, thats not my call but from the looks of it, they are just  prolonging the inevitable.  The itallians have already convicted her and the trial is just a formality.  I will pray for her because she does need a miracle.  I have been watching out for any new developments, but it doesn't look promising. I do agree that her parents are blowing their life savings but I would do the exact same thing if it were my daughter.
