An Amber Alert has been issued in the area of Washoe County Nevada for four children that have been abducted by their non-custodial mother Claire Tourand.

The victims may be with their non-custodial mother Claire Tourand. The suspect is a 34 year old white female 5 feet, 8 inches tall, weight approximately 220 pounds, large build, with brown hair, hazel eyes.
Suspect was last seen driving a white1998 Mercury Sable with Nevada plates number 369-SDH.

The children are:

Ivan Mata-Martinez, age 9
Jakelyne Mata-Martinez, age 8
Megan Mata-Martinez, age 7
Tyson Mata-Martinez, age 4

Ms. Tourand was scheduled to meet with social services today about custody of the children, but when she didn't show up, investigators went to her home and found that she had left some time in the previous 24 hours with her four children. A family court judge stated that there is an immediate risk of harm to the children.
