America + China = Only Bright Future

(One Last Chance to Listen)

I won't ask you to forgive my last letter/post because humanity needs that kind of wake-up call.

I'll briefly explain one reason why I wrote that letter: our president and his 'war on drugs'. How many times have I heard that since I was in high-school back in the '70s?!?! What a ridiculous waste of resources. My father, who is a conservative republican in his 80s, suggests the only possible viable solution: legalize drugs. Do I need to say more?! Focus on the wrong thing and die as a race. Do I have to say it again?! Focus on the wrong thing and die as a race.

The only viable solution to our present WORLD DILEMMA (our failing world economy) is for China and America to unite as siblings and treat each other like family. THIS IS THE ONLY POSSIBLE VIABLE SOLUTION TO OUR PROBLEM.

I will explain what this means: form a common currency, promote worker/student exchange, promote Chinese and English, give incentives for corporate collaboration, and establish dual citizenship. Other objectives which would not hurt: create a Chinese-American lunar base, create a Chinese-American Mars base, establish Chinese-American centers of excellence for: genetics, computing technology, and space technology.

The main reason for this collaboration/friendship/kinship is not simply to fix the world's problems - but to provide a viable example for the rest of the world to emulate. If the two strongest countries of the world become family, the rest must follow suit (in their own way).

I love China because it is a country of incredible resources and history. America has a chance to forge an alliance which can save our world from a most certain doom - we have a chance to take this most crucial step in the history of the world.

No matter how much I push for 'save the planet' or 'save our ecology' or 'save the whales', this human union between China and America is the only solution on the table capable of hitting all points at once. For the moment, forget the ecology - focus on humanity. 'Fix our social problems' and the rest will follow.

My son, Arthur - his first native language is Chinese. As I said before - this is not coincidence. There is a reason for everything. The fact my son's first language is Chinese should say something loud and clear: the importance of China in the future. The fact his father speaks English as his first native language illustrates another important thing: the leadership role of America .. We need to put aside 'our struggle' with North Korea, Iran, 'the war on drugs' , and any other relatively trivial matter on the world stage.

Iran is vitally important for the future - I cannot argue that .. But America cannot forge a kinship with Iran right now at this moment in world history - both parties are not ready for it. But China - that is something else. China is our only rival in terms of national resources and cultural heritage. They complement us perfectly. China represents the best of the East and America represents the best of the West; if we unite - nothing can stop us: healing the planet and healing ourselves.

Should I need to say more? Take this crucial step or die as a race. Do I have to say it again? Please, for our children's sake, listen to me this once and I will shut the ____ up.
