American Concentration Camps Proposed in Congress - H.R. 645

THE NEW WORLD ORDER is not some futuristic event. H.R. 645, a bill put forth in Congress by Rep. Alcee L. Hastings, D-FL., calls for the Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security to establish six national emergency centers for corralling civilians on military installations. Consider the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal, a handicapped U.S. citizen: http://wrongfuldeathoflarryneal.com. Apparently, it already started.
H.R. 645 brings to mind former Congressman Dan Hamburg’s warnings of prison trains and concentration camps that were published by the San Francisco Chronicle in February 2008. An excerpt from former Congressman Hamburg’s article is at the link below.

Alcee L. Hastings, D-Fla., has introduced to the House of Representatives a new bill, H.R. 645, calling for the secretary of homeland security to establish no fewer than six national emergency centers for corralling civilians on military installations.
The proposed bill, which has received little mainstream media attention, appears designed to create the type of detention center that those concerned about use of the military in domestic affairs fear could be used as concentration camps for political dissidents, such as occurred in Nazi Germany.

Why do we need “emergency centers” that are capable of holding millions of people under armed guard? Everyone should want to know which representatives agree it is not enough that 1 in every 99.1 Americans is presently in prison, placing the U.S. far ahead of other nations in incarceration rates. The birthplace of the Declaration of Independence, Pennsylvania, has judges who confessed last Monday to sending poor children to privately-owned detention centers in exchange for $2.6 million in kickbacks. In many of the cases, the juveniles' probation officers did not recommend removing the children from their homes. Exposure of this prison profiteering scheme between veteran judges and private prison owners may cause some to wonder if Congressman Hastings was similarly compensated.

I don't believe the FEMA camp conspiracy theory; however, the fact PM has left HR645 and the US Army Civilian Inmate Labor Program regulation document undiscussed has left a thread loose that people like Alex Jones love to pull on to prove they (the debunkers) can't effectively debunk the FEMA camp conspiracy. CILP is easily debunked if you just read it, but the loose language of HR645's DHS authority leaves a lot to the imagination.

I request that all of the "queries" attached to my articles need to get at the bottom. I do not appreciate all of the blank spaces that appear between my praragraphs. You people should get an RSS feed to my articles and stop interrupting my flow. You do NOTHING to help in my family's justice quest, so I assume you are the damn problem, not the solution to what is happening to destroy people's rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Your attention to my writing is therefore unwelcome and irritating.
Anyone is a fool to take a flu vaccine injection. I knew that years ago before reading Burgermeister's claims. Years ago when flu vaccines were first introduced, they recommended them for young children and the elderly. My mom said, "Anything they want to give to the most helpless people first, I don't want." Smart woman. A co-worker of mine (a healthy Caucasian man under age 30) who took the flu shot one morning was rushed to the hospital from work that afternoon, and that was the old flu shot. The new one could only be worse.
It makes sense that there would need to be some "apprpriate" reason to make American soldiers and police personnel round up Americans into concentration camps, if such a thing is really planned. U.S. soldiers and law officers are essentially decent people, and most would not deliberately help overthrow the idea of democracy they have lived with throughout their lifetimes.
I don't know how you plan to go about filling the concentration camps with Americans, but I do know the people in charge in the U.S. have less honor than I thought, as evidenced by my brother's secret arrest and demise. The response to our FIOA Request to the USDOJ regarding the Larry is OVERDUE.

I have begun to think my family's justice quest regarding the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal might just be some folks' bungee jump. Bungee jumping is a sport many folks enjoy, but I think it is most popular for people who have no real worries in life, no obstacles. They have so much money and power that life has few challenges. So they take unnecessary risks like bungee jumping, skydiving, and the like, to add zest to their lives. Maybe the Neals provide such persons an opportunity to try out new technology that blocks emails, send false screens to a subject's PC (falsely showing sites are down for maintenance or that a subject's emails posted), train computer techs on how to quickly take over the administrative role on a subject's home computers, and give practical opportunities to apply principles learned in Basic Intimidation 101. It is interesting that anyone would rather go through all of the trouble and expense of censoring my writing than to CHANGE. I think we're their bungee jump.

I just discovered that my CENSORSHIP has increased. I always cross-post my news to Care2News Network, but only with an excerpt and a link back to my articles on NowPublic.com. I discovered on 2/6/09 that the link I placed at Care2News Network for this article did not bring one to this article as it should. Instead, CyberStalkers redirected readers to the article I reference in this news - the World Net Daily article. Since both the WND article and this one I wrote regard H.R. 645, the censorship could not have been done to curtail spread of news about American determent camps. Instead, the news being hampered regards the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal and the denial of justice that followed, including The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm fraud.
I should have recalled that last week when responding to an email from NYABJ, I discovered that all the links that I routinely put in my signature block had been redirected in my response to the NYABJ email to only lead one back to my own email, and not to the sites specified by the links.
Temporarily forgetting that sabotage from a week ago, on 2/6/09 when I discovered the redirected links at Care2News Network, I was convinced that the editing of my link to this article was done at Care2News Network. However, while subsequently attempting to copy and paste links to inform others about the error, I saw again that CyberStalkers have the capacity to actually change what one has on one's browser between the time one copies a link and drops it in position someplace else. Several times, I copied links yesterday, and what dropped was an error message. These were links to documents containing data the CyberStalkers elect to censor. If they can substitute a one-line link for a three line error message, certainly they can also substitute a link for a link. I also remembered that for months, the link on my Page at Care2 had the correct code visible for access to my NowPublic articles, had actually been redirected to take one to my Care2 Sharebook, which I suppose the CyberStalkers found less damaging.
So, yesterday when the link for readers at Care2 to reach this article had been redirected to the WND article instead, that likely had nothing whatsoever to do with Care2, but was again the work of the CyberStalkers that follow me over the Internet containing information about the secret arrest and wrongful death of my brother, Larry Neal.

I went back to Care2News Network to post my real article, and I keep being bumped off the Internet at that tag. I get a false statement that my Internet must not be connected, even right now while I am typing this! I am determined that no one pass off that WND article as being mine, so I will continue trying to post my actual article. We will see who wins, and I'll let you know.
My censorship is such that it sometimes takes me hours to post a brief article or even a link! However, I am energized by such antics from my CyberStalkers. The more determined they are to censor me, the more convinced I am that my writing helps expose problems in the world and assist the incarcerated mentally ill. So like President Obama, I have the audacity to persevere, despite the opposition!
HERE IS THE LIE THAT POSTS:
So, what I will ask of you is that you copy my article and drop it in place as a comment on Care2News Network. I will also email and telephone people to do this. We will see if they shut everyone out of Care2News Network to keep from posting my article, or else, perhaps they will just take down or make unavailable to the public the WND article they put up in my article's place. We will see how desperate they are today to keep folks from knowing about the Secret Arrest and Wrongful Death of my brother, Larry Neal. And then next week, we will perhaps see what they plan to do about an in-person demonstration to contain this truth from going forward.
Since the Neal family are likely the first ones whose family member is dead and no questions are allowed, perhaps they also plan to make us the first ones on the prison boxcars with the shackles that one person on Care2 reported in the comments to my article that he actually saw when his friend worked on that project.

Feb. 6 brought the justice quest to a new level. At first, I believed that in the 21st Century, there was no need to march and sing to bring attention to injustices as I did as a child in the 60's in the quest for civil rights and as I did as a young adult to get MLK's birthday recognized as a national holiday. I believed that the Internet could be effectively used to inform the world of gross injustices and cause those in power to cease unjust practices, and perhaps it can in some cases, depending on who the unjust power is. However, when the unjust power is intricately connected to entitites that have significant control over electronic communications, it is entirely possible to render using the Internet as a tool for justice quests less effective than needed. Therefore, as it was in America's earlier period, so it may be today. In-person demonstrations against gross injustices, or at least the combination of the two, must be applied.

I was just writing in my Care2 Sharebook, and obviously what I wrote must have been objectional to my CyberStalkers (who I wrote to the FBI about and filed a report, but have not heard from as yet). They flashed across my screen a news story about a kidnapping and hostage situation. I immediately called the police and let them know that I was not making an emergency call, but that I want to have it on record that my family was just threatened. I believe quite enough has been done to my family already.
I am not Ms. Bond, and I know nothing about espionage and such matters. If anyone in my family comes up missing, all I know how to do is call the police and the FBI and the (hopefully) now justified USDOJ and solicit their help. Although those agencies have in the past shown a propensity to side with the outlaws against my family, that is nonetheless the only recourse I know. I would of course pray, because I HAVE A GREAT BIG GOD WHO IS OVER ALL, and He gave His Son, Jesus Christ, charge over me to protect and provide for me, and I trust Him to do that.
I would not subcome to threats and terrorism if those who threatened me kidnapped everyone I love. I belong to the Lord, so I would stand and endure. I have on the whole armor of God, and he did not equip my back with anything. Therefore, it is never necessary for a Child of God to retreat when doing warfare with Satan, which these people who victimize my family for asking about my mentally ill brother who died under secret arrest certainly are - devils.
So, I am waiting on the police to call back and take the report on the latest CyberStalking - a threat to kidnap someone I care about. I have alerted some of my family members and the police, and now I am telling the public. Not being trained in espionage, that is all a Georgia grandmother knows how to do against such formidable foes

AGAIN, the police did not respond back regarding the aggression directed at me. I was again accosted at a neighborhood business two nights ago. See the Affidavits at our court case to attest to the fact that I cannot go down the street without being set upon.
My family feels this whole thing about accosting me and the computer interference is to keep secret the secret death of Larry Neal. We will remove that barrier to justice with a live demonstration in Atlanta, GA and perhaps in Memphis, TN. Our use of the Internet to alert the public to the atrocity is greatly curtailed. Therefore, we give up on the Internet. Folks are now threatening to kidnap our family members, after all that has already been done to the Neal family. Hopefully, there is safety, if not justice, in numbers and in exposure.

My internet telephone apparently rejects the phone calls placed to that number. Wonder who coded it to do that and why? It is much easier to do right in life than to persist in doing wrong. Apologies and restitution still work with Christians.
Anyone would think that with all the queries attached to this article, someone in a position to effect positive change regarding our justice quest in the matter of the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal and the shroud of secrecy that followed would exercise their authority to do so. It might be interesting indeed to see how folks go about censoring a peaceful demonstration of more than 100 family members and supporters right outside Atlanta Journal Constitution and CNN. But just in case it is possible, we'll be sure to bring our own cameras. Maybe once the secrecy is dissolved, we can apply ourselves to solutions to this justice issue - the secret arrest and wrongful death of a mentally ill citizen in an American jail. What do you think about that? It just doesn't sound right, does it? I never thought such a thing would be possible, but I guess anything is possible in a place where folks are actually proposing "emergency centers" for Americans on military bases.
Nevertheless, every problem has a solution, and the solution in this case is not inherent in chasing or catching Mary Neal. Let's try something else.

Well, it doesn't look like I will be able to try out the experiment. It appears that I am unable to get "mary neal" added to the tag line for this article. One day, I'm going to learn some of these computer tricks.

Sometimes people are so busy trying to censor, that they miss opportunities for positive CHANGE. This morning, I was attempting to edit my page. Although some changes were made, others were prohibited by the person working as my censorhip force who apparently sees it as his job to control my cursor. At least half of what I write at that network would not be written if this person was not such an irritant. He does silly, unnecessary things while I write just to show that he is in control - like change my fonts, reset my margins, disallow my use of color, delete my graphics, etc. He is like a six-year-old who is anxious to show off a muscle he just discovered in his arm. But, at least his antics are good for video footage to film what I endure.

I just saw a video on youtube on how obama says constitution is imperfect and blah blah blah, thats how it begins just like bush who critizied the constitution as being "outdated" thats what they want to make it null, people voted for obama cus hes black thats how stupid and ignorant we americans have become, like MLK said "..will not judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character", people judged by his skin color not his character which is awful and arrogant, he will add to this injustice of the citizens.

Hello, thanks for commenting. I don't follow the news closely, so I don't know the remarks to which you refer. However, I do know that the rights that my brother and my family should have under the Constitution are not enforced, and this is true for others, also. It is entirely possible to nullify the Constitution without declaring it done. The legislative branch of government did its job and enacted the Constitution. Unless the judicial and executive branches of government do their jobs, also, the Constitution is of no effect. To have rights on paper that are not executed or upheld in court is worse than not having them written down. The word "fraud" comes to mind. Civil rights arbitrarily applied depending on the race, wealth, or health status of citizens is not democratic, and the practice renders the Constitution dead even while it is still acclaimed as being the law of the land.

Cyberstalkers continue with their gruesome threats that grow worse, and I know they have the power to carry them through, if God allows it. However, we will pray and trust in God. Jesus rose with all power, which means that none have power aside from His will. This is not to say that everything that happens and everyone in power is pleasing to the Lord, but rather, it means that ultimately, He is in control of all events. Many people - perhaps most - don't really believe that, even those who profess to believe. But when a person has already left the boat, she can either walk or sink. Frankly, I had no idea my family was on such a course when we left the shoreline. But here we are! Out here on the water. It is my belief that God has righteous minded people who love justice placed in decisive positions everywhere. This has always been so. Even the heart of the king is in His hands. We will just see how God handles our faith.

I am sorry to say that up until a short time ago I was part of the majority that is ignorant of very important and crucial events such as this one. In my research I have found this and a great many more disturbing things that our government is doing. I hope many other Americans will seek knowledge and stand to say this is unacceptable before it is too late. The time to act is now.

Whether they wake up or not, and whether it matters, depends on whether this is Revelation time or not. The outcome of circumstances is up to God alone. I can only tell you that my family and I are threatened daily. We have U.S. Code Title 18 > Part I > Chapter 13 > Sections 241, 245, but my family has found that the Executive and Judicial Branches may or may not back up the Legislative Branch since beginning our Justice Quest. I cannot tell you what the criterion is to actualize such legal protections. If you find out before I do, let me know.

For two days, I have noticed the man who lives in the house across the street from mine just sits in his truck and stars at my house. Maybe this neighbor's cell phone gets lousy reception inside his home and he sits there because he gets better reception in his driveway. Sometimes people do likewise when they visit me. As two relatives just left my home, so did vehicles from two neighboring houses. A number of houses around us that were previously vacant suddenly got occupied after Christmas. Funny thing how I missed the For Sale or For Rent signs. Unfortunately, in many Georgia subdivisions, there are numerous vacant homes valued at over $100,000, due to foreclosures.
The interesting thing about being a surveillance target is that one never knows when neighbors sit for hours in vehicles during the winter facing your home while on a cell phone whether it is nothing. What could be mere coincidence, like folks immediately pulling out of driveways behind your relatives' departure, can cause concern. Maybe such things are nothing. On the other hand, I find them interesting.

I don’t suppose the people who threaten my family’s safety for asking about the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal can make it much plainer than this email who they are. Interesting how authorities agree that no accountability to Larry Neal’s family is deserved and police did not come while I was waylaid at my neighborhood Chevron station on 9/27/08, although the standoff continued for an hour. Who is doing the computer stalking? I cannot say, of course. But I filed in USDC how a frame appeared on some of my desktop documents on my computer. Were they being prepared to delete? Steal? Upload for themselves? I don’t’ know what they do with the files that are stolen from my computer via remote access, frankly. I only know it was very frustrating to continually have to begin again after having worked for days on a pleading and prepare a much shabbier document and file with USDC within hours. This happened often.
People should remember that even rich folks are held accountable for wrongs sometimes - not often, but occasionally.

Thanks for this very thought provoking article. People need to really begin scrutinizing the officials that they send to Washington. No more voting on name recognition. Know what they stand for and make sure the right questions get in front of them before they get elected.

I never used to think about what happened in city hall or in Congress, so I understand how lax voters can be after election day regarding communicating with our elected officials. Now I understand that electing someone to office is like a marriage. Finding who you hope is the right person and getting him/her elected are like the courtship and wedding. But voters and representatives should always keep the lines of communication open beyond the "wedding." Many representatives do a good job of that by sending regular newsletters and holding town hall meetings in their districts. Sites like THOMAS help constituents learn about issues they may want to correspond with their elected officials about. What happened to our being able to trace the bill at the online site for the Library of Congress (Thomas)? Now Thomas says nothing matching H.R. 645 was found. I did find it on another site http://www.govtrack.us/congress/billtext.xpd?bill=h111-645. But what happened to Thomas - is it down for maintenance? Hopefully, no one minds the public tracing this important bill.
