An analogy of what kind of change we need...

All I hear everywhere is "we need change!"  "we need change!"  But when you start talking to folks all they're looking at is some little bit of the problem that's currently in their face - here's an analogy that may be more understandable for you...

You're looking in your refrigerator for something to eat and you come across a plastic container full of some kind of black growth that is so advanced it's eating into the plastic.  Now - are you going to stand around and say - well maybe this little bit is salvageable, but this little bit needs to be thrown out?  NO!  You're going to toss out the whole slimy mess with a "yuck!" and find something fresh and healthy to nourish you.

I think that's pretty clear...

I sure hope the day comes SOON when we all together say "yuck!" and toss the lot of them out - legally!  (EVEN if we have to use citizen's arrest and do it ourselves because they OWN law enforcement.)

I think I'll do some research on how to arrest traitors...

Sunnysflock, I think your story has potential but needs some improvement. I've got a few suggestions, and if you give them a try, I'd be happy to remove this flag. I wasn't sure what was newsworthy in this story. News should always be about posting current stuff - new things you've discovered. Please review What Makes News News. It can really help if you follow the old "W5" news formula -- making sure you have answered the questions: Who? What? Where? When? And Why? (You might want to check out our J-Tips for more help.)

Perhaps you could start by elaborating on what your analogy is referring to.
