Andrake Kelley Shot in Head at Easton Town Center after Apple Store Fight

15-year-old Andrake Kelley has died after being shot in the head at Easton Town Center in Columbus, Ohio.

Andrake Kelley's brother, 16-year-old Andrew Kelley, was arrested, and was charged with felonious assault. According to witnesses, Andrew and Andrake Kelley, along with some friends, were involved in an argument at the mall's Apple Store with another group of youths, and the dispute carried on as they left the mall. Andrew Kelley fired a weapon into the air.

Columbus police did not clarify if they were treating the shooting as intentional.

The shooting in an outdoor area of the mall followed an altercation inside the Apple store, police have said. Detective Steve Glasure told The Columbus Dispatch words were exchanged between two groups of youths and that Andrew Kelley fired shots into the air.

The Franklin County prosecutor's office will now consider amending the charge to a delinquency count of murder, a Columbus police homicide release said.

My brother would never intentionly hurt Drake, that I was our lil brother we'd do nothing to seriously hurt him. It was an accident, and we do not deserve to lose another person over and accident. Andrake wouldn't have wanted to see our brother locked up for something that wasn't intentional.

I am sorry for your family's loss.  I remember good things about your brother. I taught him in fourth grade.  Keep your head up and be strong even though people who never knew either of your brothers try to judge your family.  My prayers are with all of you!
