The Hard Rock Hotel, Casino and Cafe in Las Vegas
The Hard Rock Cafe was founded in 1971 by Peter Morton and Isaac Tigrett and is now a chain of Hollywood and rock 'n' roll themed restaurants found all over the world, of which the Las Vegas location was one. Each location has memorabilia from Hollywood movies and musicians and is as much a museum as a restaurant.
The Las Vegas location was built in 1995 and expanded in 1999 and 2007. It was built at the corner of Harmon Road and Paradise Road and was a popular spot for tourists visiting Sin City. Over the years many famous musicians performed there, including The Rolling Stones, David Bowie and Nine Inch Nails.
