Anislav Varbanov died late Monday, August 17, 2009 after sustaining a head injury while rehearsing a tumbling roll for the show Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular. The 30 year-old Varbanov is the third Disney employee in Orlando to die in the past seven weeks.
The death comes a week after a 47-year-old performer died following an on-stage fall during another show, "Captain Jack's Pirate Tutorial." And on July 5, a 21-year-old monorail driver died when another train crashed into his own.
A spokeswoman for Disney released a statement saying that the company mourned for the performer's tragic passing and the stunt show was cancelled the following day in his memory.

www.youtube.com/watch?v=XclF5jf0_04The above link shows footage shot by Disney for a TV show from 2002. I was working as a stuntman doing a high fall. The stunt coordinators Merritt Yohnka & Randy Hall are responsible for the massive brain injury that I sustained on October 17, 2002. Randy Hall moved the safety gymnastics pad 3 feet in the wrong direction without my knowledge moments before I performed the stunt. Consequently, I landed on my head on concrete from 14 feet.ABC TV (DISNEY) used the footage for the episode that aired on national television.I was an NCAA and USA Champion from UCLA.I have a lawsuit against Disney that has yet to be resolved. They refuse to admit fault or negligence. There "policy" as a corporation is to win all suits at all cost. The surely have the financial resources to beat anyone.I have a wife and 3 children ages 9, 7 and 5 years old. I am permanently disabled from this brain injury. I am on the verge of losing my home due to inability to obtain gainful employment. Disney is RUTHLESS!!! They disgust me! This young man that died was surely a screw up due to someone that he was relying on to make his stunt safe. I am also sure that Disney has a team of low life lawyers assembled in order to make this victim look like it was all his fault."A spokeswoman for Disney released a statement saying that the company mourned for the performer's tragic passing and the stunt show was cancelled the following day in his memory." HOW SWEET OF DISNEY TO CANCEL THE SHOW FOR ONE DAY!! Ask Anislav's family if that makes them feel better. ASSHOLES!!!!My heart aches for Anislav Varbanov and his family and friends. If there is anything that I can do for this family, it would be my honor.Chris Caso
