Here's what allegedly happened: Justin Foster tweeted out alleged nude photos of Anna Michelle Walters, along with text messages that implied the former student and teacher were having a relationship.

Foster, who graduated from Cosby High School in Midlothian, Virginia, tweeted about his former teacher. Why? It may have been part of a frat initiation or he may have been drunk or both or neither.

After the messages hit the web, police have reported that are investigating Anna Michelle Walters.
