Anna Nicole Smith's son died from accidental overdose - Jury Rules

The jury delibrating on the possible cause of Daniel Smith's death, finally gave it's ruling - Daniel Smith died of accidental over dose (just like his mother Anna Nicole Smith).According to the jury's ruling Daniel Smith was not an addict, but Larry Birkhead, Anna Nicoles former boyfriend testified otherwise. Neil McCabe, an attorney for Anna Nicole's mother, Virgie Arthur, said she suspects foul play in the ruling and Arthur has previously claimed that Anna Nicole's attorney and boyfriend Howard K. Stern had a hand in both deaths. Anna Nicole's daughter Dannielynn, has long been named the sole heir of her late mother's estate, and could inherit millions of dollars if the estate wins an ongoing court fight over the oil fortune of Anna Nicole's late second husband, J. Howard Marshall.
