New Haven Police release affidavits on the Annie Le case. Investigators found blood "in plain view" on the kitchen floor of Raymond Clark III's apartment. An officer was presented with "a box of 'wipe alls' that had what appeared to be blood splatter," in the room where Le was working.

According to the affidavit, Raymond Clark tried to conceal the blood from investigators.

Clark come in and walked directly to the cart where the box was, looked at the box of wipes and then “stood between Officer Wood and the cart, and then turned and faced Officer Wood,”. Clark then moved the box of wipes to try and conceal the blood, and tried to make small talk with Officer Wood to distract her, according to the affidavit.

The affidavits states Raymond Clark "has gone to great lengths to conceal evidence in multiple locations in unusual places."

Raymond Clark has not entered a plea, and the motive remains unclear.
