ANOTHER PHONY 9-1-1 POLICE VISIT TO HOME OF BUCKS PA JOURNALIST

*  Nine years of persecution apparently engineered by taxpayer-funded witch hunters affiliated with the mid-Atlantic States MAGLOCLEN-RISS "threat fusion center" -- a domestic Gestapo posing as law enforcement.

For the third or fourth time in the past nine years,  this 62-year-old former mainstream media journalist got a house call  Sunday afternoon (Feb. 17) from a Lower Makefield Township, Bucks County PA police officer who said that "someone called 9-1-1 from this address."  On NONE of these occasions --not a one -- did anyone in my house knowingly dial 9-1-1.  Each one of these instances, including Sunday's,  was a "plausibly deniable" SET-UP,  a misuse of police power to harass and intimidate this citizen, a journalist who has been extrajudicially targeted, apparently for reasons of ideology or hate.   


This 9-1-1 ploy apparently is used by rogue cops and agents to build a false profile of a "target," making it look as though the home of the target is frequently visited by police.  Yes, I am accusing some law enforcement and security officers at multiple levels of government (including the quasi-governmental/corporate "threat fusion center" network) of participating in contrived, fraudulent frame-ups and set-ups, conduct that may rise to the level of criminal malfeasance.


It's possible that some local police officers do not realize that these 9-1-1 calls are being generated by witch hunters within the security and law enforcement apparatus who use "local LEOs" (law enforcement officers) as pawns in a systematic, nationwide campaign of hate- and ideology-driven  "social cleansing" -- in reality, a slow-kill genocide (see "Gestapo USA..." http://viclivingston.blogspot.com/2012/01/thugocracy-u.html


But I suspect that many if not most of them know exactly what's going down -- and take twisted pleasure in abusively playing along with the persecution matrix for which they serve as the "ground muscle" -- a fusion center- directed program that turns good cops into the minions of an extrajudicial Gestapo.


Here's how this latest example of apparent abuse of police power unfolded on Sunday afternoon, Feb. 17, shortly after 1pm:


While working at my home office desk, my telephone, which had been perched on an open drawer, fell into a wastebasket.  The receiver came off the hook.  I could hear a dial tone, but no tones signaling that the phone was dialing a number on its own.  (A later check revealed that the batteries inside the phone that power the memory were dead and leaking.)


I thought nothing of this, and picked up the phone out of the trashcan, put the handset back on the cradle and went on with my business.   A few minutes later, the phone rang.   I looked at the caller I.D. and it read "Bucks Co Emerg."  I often get harassing, even threatening phone calls from what look like "official" phone numbers.  Often in the past, these calls have been from persons identifying themselves as representatives of police associations, soliciting donations. In one instance years ago, I sent in a check $90 for two tickets to a police association country music show.  I never received the tickets.  So I rarely answer calls from unfamiliar numbers or sources, and I did not answer the call from "Bucks Co Emerg."


About fifteen minutes later, while I was in the bathroom, I heard someone pounding on the front door.   I am often harassed by persons who knock at the door, sometimes claiming to be contractors or landscapers.  I no longer open the door to anymore; so I remained seated in the bathroom.   A few moments later, I heard pounding at the back door.  Alarmed, I got up and ran to an upstairs window, and saw a Lower Makefield police cruiser parked in front of my house.  I ran downstairs to a glass-paneled back door and saw a police officer.   I opened the door and asked if there was a problem.  The officer, addressing me by my wife's maiden name, said police received a report that someone called 9-1-1 from my address.  The officer never asked if anyone else was home -- standard policing procedure in response to residential 9-1-1 calls, for obvious reasons. I had been alone in the house for several hours; my wife was out of town visiting her mother, but the officer never asked about her whereabouts.


I told the officer that no one called 9-1-1, adding that this same scenario had played out at my house several times before.  I told the officer about the phone falling into the trash can, and expressed my belief that some entity was attempting to build a false profile of me by making it appear that my house is frequently visited by police on 9-1-1 calls.  I also told the officer that it is apparent to me that my premises is under pervasive, high-tech audio and video "synthetic aperture radar" surveillance that may be connected to my reporting and writing about sensitive issues such as my exposure of a cell tower radio frequency weapon system being used to surveil and attack American citizens who are being extrajudicially targeted and persecuted as "dissidents" or "undesirables." I gave the officer a business card with my website address in case he was curious about my work.  


I also asked the officer why he was addressing me by a name other than "Livingston."  He said that was the name that "came up from dispatch."  The officer asked, "Who is ________?", stating my wife's maiden name.  I said that because I am a journalist who often gets harassing phone calls, the listed number is in my wife's name.


The officer was courteous, extremely friendly and solicitous.  But I found the officer's explanation for addressing me by someone else's name disingenuous, because Lower Makefield police had been to my house just a few weeks ago -- in another case of apparent  harassment supposedly generated by a utility company employee who called police to falsely report that I had made a "threat" against a utility worker, a claim that was patently false.  Surely, I thought, this officer had checked police computer files before he rolled up to my residence.  I wrote about the December incident here:

The officer suggested that my phone must have somehow dialed 9-1-1 when it fell into the trash can. I said that was highly unlikely.  (Only later did I find the dead batteries, proving that the phone could not have called 9-1-1 when it fell into the trash.) The officer smiled and said that sometimes mistakes happen, making light of the entire affair.  I repeat that at no time did this officer inquire about others in the household, a fact that leads me to the conclusion that he knew this incident was contrived, even if he himself had no definitive knowledge of a set-up.


I informed the officer that on two occasions, I had discussed with Lower Makefield Township (Bucks County PA) Police Chief Kenneth Coluzzi repeated incidents of stalking, home intrusion, vandalism of property and home systems, and other malicious, privacy-invading acts directed against me, my family and my property.

I asked the officer to please tell Lower Makefield Police Chief Coluzzi that I would like to meet with him for a third time, in person, to again discuss these issues.  I also informed the officer that I have received disturbing messages on Facebook urging me to move out of the area because "we don't want to see you get hurt."  The officer said that he would talk to the chief.


As he was about to leave, I asked the officer for his name.    The reply: "Just call me  (two initials)." I said to him that I'd like his LAST name.   He spelled out his last name. I immediately recognized the name;  as I recall it, this officer had been to my house several years ago under almost identical circumstances.  I stress again that this officer was at all times friendly and smiling.


I report this incident in detail because I believe it dramatically demonstrates how good, decent cops can be turned into an agent of police harassment by a fusion center- directed campaign of systematic persecution and neutralization of American citizens who are extrajudicially condemned as "dissidents," "undesirables," "pre-criminals," or "mentally ill." It appears that the locals often are fed false profiles and fabricated data by vengeful witch-hunters who are granted safe harbor within the ambit of the agencies, commands and corporations of the Newtown, PA- based mid-Atlantic states MACLOCLEN-RISS "threat fusion center" -- a quasi-governmental interstate apparatus that acts as a hate- and ideology-driven American Gestapo that takes special interest in pervasive high-tech surveillance endless investigations of members of certain minority groups and journalists who are targeted by elements within corporate military-intelligence security complex.


This persecuted journalist is calling on the Civil Rights Divison of the U.S. Justice Department to launch a comprehensive investigation of all agencies, commands and corporations affiliated with MAGLOCLEN-RISS, including law enforcement agencies.  

My attempts to seek relief have been thwarted by pervasive censorship of my telecommunications, email, and even apparent interception and seizure of correspondence sent by U.S. Mail.  I am using this forum to plead for immediate assistance and an end to nearly ten years of persecution enabled by local and regional law enforcement agencies at all levels that have refused to formally investigate the serial hate crimes and constitutional rights violations committed against me and my interests.
