Intervention of Fire Department and Rescue teams at Children' Education and Development Center was originated by a person who was electrocuted by accident causing a short circuit.

The smoke and explosion of power lines caused panic in personnel, the children were evacuated at once. I watched the News and could see the anxiety and panic reflected on the faces of those interviewed.

This whole incident started as Julio César Peralta, 56, was painting the roof on the second floor at ( Children' Education and Development Center) when he got too close to the power lines and was accidentally electrocuted. He received third grade burns at the thorax, face and left arm.

This Day Care center does not meet all the safety requirements, like many others in the city of Hermosillo, place where the tragic dead of children occurred a few days ago.

I once ran a private nursery school which I was propietor.I had un- prompted regular visits from the health and safety council officers, they would scour the nursery looking for any faults or bad practice. No stone was left unturned by them and I was grateful for their regular input about health and safety laws. I can not for the life of me get ma head around why is the health and safety becoming increasingly notable in schools these days. Who has to be held responsible for the deaths of young people attending school. It all goes back to the same old story cutting costs,or pure neglect.
