Wang Zhendong, the "ant aphrodisiac conman" was executed on Wednesday in the Laioning province of northeastern China after conning investors out of $439 million. Officials are using this case as an example for citizens to be wary of get rich quick schemes.

Zhendong convinced many investors of high returns on a fictitious ant breeding project that was meant to produce aphrodisiacs, liquor and herbal remedies.

Wang promised investors in the fictitious project returns of 35 to 60 percent, Xinhua said. The ants were to be used for making liquor, herbal remedies and aphrodisiacs.

This ant photo was taken in my backyard on December 2, 2008. It was alone feeding when I took the shot @ 1in. distance from my lens. I made around 10 exposures before it run away.

It is a really great photo.  Are you an amateur or professional photographer? I love how big your photo makes that little ant look!

I appreciate your comment, Thanks !. I consider myself as an amateur photographer. I am a neurologist by profession.

This footage is not edited, which amazed my freinds. The colors were added by my camera, Canon PoweShot G9. The colors are making the ants look frozen or in somewhere cold. What I admired the most, was the auto focus of the camera, It just makes the shot looks so professional & random.
I am glad that you have choose my footage to post it in your book. I have not expected that. Thank you.
