Pennsylvania law says that for a criminal misdemeanor stalking charge to be applicable, there must be a demonstrated "course of conduct" or "repeatedly" committed acts or communications, with the "intent to place (another) person" in "reasonable fear" of "bodily injury" or "substantial emotional distress." I did not commit criminal stalking on evening of June 22, 2009, when I took down the out-of-state license plate number of a van whose driver apparently was stalking me when he followed me into a store and left moments after I exited the store. This man apparently saw me taking down his plate number and called the police. Nearly an hour later, after I had been shopping in another store and was driving home, I was pulled over by a caravan of three Falls Township, Bucks County, PA police cars. I was assaulted by a police officer who flung me face-down on the trunk of my car, falsely accused me of "resisting arrest," and handcuffed me so tightly that my wrists ached for a week. My car was confiscated and towed. I was not read my Miranda rights. Police kept me confined in a stress position in a parked squad car, then threw me into a locked cell for about a half hour. Police denied me the right to call an attorney or my wife. They took fingerprints and mug shots and had me sign three forms, then released me, saying I would be charged by mail with "misdemeanor stalking" (which I was, several days later).
But the "stalking" definition fits what has been done systematically to me for five years, wherever I travel, even out of state.
I am being charged with the very "organized" crime that my articles have exposed. I believe this is an abuse of process, unlawful imprisonment, police misconduct, and quite possibly, entrapment.
All of my telecommunications are subject to not just surveillance, but malicious tampering and interception, including phone calls. Some of my calls seeking assistance have been returned by persons that sound to this veteran journalist like impostors. My important emails typically do not generate a response.
A defense attorney recommended to me by a neighbor who is an attorney wants $2,000 plus costs to represent me at the preliminary hearing, and at least another $7,500 if the case goes to trial, regardless of how much time is spent preparing the case.
So I am still seeking representation -- and I want to pursue a police misconduct case. I have requested a police misconduct investigation in a phone conversation with a deputy district attorney. I have received no response. The local ACLU has said they can't help me; I have found that organization sadly lacking.
My hearing is scheduled for Aug. 18th in Bucks County Magisterial District Court 07-1-10 in Fallsington, PA (subject to postponement if my eventual counsel requires more time).
To my media colleagues: coverage invited. I repeat the request despite the mainstream media's lack of coverage of the nationwide extrajudicial targeting network that, I believe, has purged mainstream journalism of some of its best.
I also take note of the dearth of media coverage about the proliferation of silent, injury- and illness-inducing microwave and laser radiation "directed energy weapons" that have been widely deployed...

Why are mainstream media journalists AWOL? Our profession, democracy, and the rule of law are in the cross-hairs of a federally-enabled police state.

Take cheap shots at me all you like but it shows you just walked in the door and don't know what's going on here. You aren't the first and won't be the last, perhaps after the days, weeks, or months it takes you to see the circus act going on here you'll have the civility to come back and tell me, "sorry about that, you were right".
We have a long time professional investigative journalist who claims to be financially ruined by a scheme which includes crudely forged utility bills and financial statements- yet he can't be bothered to scan these documents and post them. He claims substances are put in his HVAC systems, food, and water, yet has not collected samples and sent them to a laboratory. He claims to have received dermatitis burns, but did not photograph them or seek medical help which could document them as evidence. He constantly claims of "spoofed" web pages appearing before him, yet can't be bothered to capture a screenshot to show the site owners. I've even posted a link to a free five star imaging editor to capture them, has he done so? No.
Investigative journalists generally do all of the above.

Stories have been published, that after the 911 terrorist attacks, that thousands of contractors were hired by certain agencies under the auspices of Homeland Security.
A percentage of these contractors were assigned to assess and eliminate so-called internal threats within the United States.
The tactics described are common to these agencies and include the fielding and or the experimentation of defense contractor's chemical, biological and electronic weapons.
These agencies are using methods that are not within accepted or the original law of the Constitution of the United States Of America.
Primarily and foremost, the denial of our fourth amendment rights as guaranteed under our Constitution have been usurped by the Patriot Act and Presidential Decrees.
These aberrations of the law have also been exploited by those who would take advantage, to take care of *personal business.*
This is an extension of the "good'oll boy network" that includes multi-national corporations, the mafia and our government as the basis of these crimes.

I should add that the weapons said to be used by some of the people called "stalkers" are "non-lethal" or "less-lethal" or considered "incapacitating."
It also appears from what I have read and been told, some victims may be portrayed to fit some sort of "profile" that fits the agenda for whatever is going on.
Who is really behind this? I don't know.
And this all started before the Obama administration and I hope he will put an end to it.

Both Scrivener and Batvette could do a much better job of supporting their claims of being gangstalked. It's as if they both have a vested interest in making TIs appear mentally ill.
Batvette claims that his perps are causing his walls to move, and are projecting holograms of short people trying to unsuccessfully break down his front door. He has claimed to film it all - I'm still waiting to see that video.
Vic has obviously gone overboard in his wild conspiracy beliefs. Both are painting TIs as mentally ill - while both are exhibiting symptoms of someone who has experienced the experience.
And now, it appears that TIs who protest too much may have musical scores written about them.
Vic and Batvette are both parodying the infamous Mike Corley, who has had a opera written and commissioned in his honor. "The Corley Conspiracy" is an opera by Tim Benjamin to a libretto by Sean Starke who also directed. The work premiered on 19 September 2007 in the Purcell Room at the Southbank Centre in London; the orchestral parts were played by the ensemble Radius. The opera was commissioned by the London Design Festival 2007.

I fail to see the logic in your calling my comment the rantings of a brown-shirted storm trooper. After all, I am a victim of the brown-shirted assault troops.
Your repetitious use of non sequitur betrays you. It seems to be designed solely for the purpose of generating a gratifying and dramatic emotional response.
The American fascist politicide is actually part of a worldwide fascist politicide. And yes, the brownshirts who see us as their enemies are the truly delusional, coerced into neutralizing innocent designated victims as their patriotic and civic duty.

Register with this site, and I'll take your critique seriously enough to think about proving myself to you. I have posted my name, and the city I live in, and have a video linked to my account that even reveals where I live if you know the area.
You are nobody from nowhere pretending to assume you know what I am or not.
Oh, and I don't care what they do in the London Opera scene.
What I have said about what I've filmed (the walls) is that this is hard enough to capture on camera, though the original copy watched carefully, you can see it. Barely. By the time you convert it and upload it to youtube, you really can't see much and it would only invite ridicule. Still, to be fair, I ridicule Vic but it's based upon the limitations of known technology. Would you say making the walls and other parts of a house move back and forth is impossible with known technology, such as ultrasound? If you're going to say I'm wrong, please bring facts to do so.

I would register with this site, but my superiors have taken me off the Scrivener case, effective immediately, due to my "otiose performance". So, I'm now thinking about changing careers; know if there are any openings in spy-ops? As well, if anyone wants to pay me to protagonize Scrivener, I am open to offers - maybe a paid patsy? I really don't care about your walls barely moving Batvette, but yeah, I've seen walls move in a few poltergist movies: that's supernatural or occult technology. And I've talked to people who have had nervous breakdowns, they often complain about the walls closing in on them. Suggested visual hallucinations like that are possible with hypnosis, and there's always the UFO explanation - space aliens are doing it. I suppose it could actually be done with holograms or ultrasound, but why bother? That would take an extraordinary effort, and the suspension of disbelief. If that's really the case, you might want to take it up with Ed Wood - maybe he's the one doing it to you.
It has occurred to me that there are more causes for the shills on the internet to simultaneously disclose and confuse the practice of organized stalking, as there are causes for the organized stalkers. It's also occurred to me that there are so many different groups engaging in various types of organized stalking that it's hard to say whether my group of stalkers is the same as yours.
One good thing I will say about the shills is that they have made us aware about gang-stalking, and that has helped many of us to cope with it. I didn't have a clue about it 10 years ago when they chased me right out of the workplace.
My stalkers are common community stalkers. I might go into more depth with you on this, but I really don't want their handlers knocking on my door and slapping a 5150 on me

I appreciate your highly intelligent and articulate postings. I would just like to request that everyone who writes about gangstalking exercise care in wording. I do not see how there can be any accuracy if we use certain terms. After all, perps are criminals who serially defame, assault, vandalize, steal, terrorize, torture, stalk, surveille, injure and murder serially with premeditation. As such, they are the most degraded, malicious and evil criminals.
Attacks by such predators do not constitute anything connected in any way to justice. Therefore, using terms such as extrajudicial and punishment is no more appropriate than it would be if we were referring to the depredations of a serial killer. It is ludicrous. Please show respect for intelligent readers and for TIs by using accurate language.
Along the same lines, when perps steal a TIs property, that is stealing. The term dumping makes it seem that nothing reprehensibe or illegal is occurring.

You are correct that "extrajudicial targeting" and "extrajudicial punishment" linguistically sanitizes the fact that criminal behavior is being conducted in the name of the state.
But the terms do get the message across -- that this is unconstitutional activity that also violates civil and human rights. It is language that lawmakers can understand and appreciate -- whereas, accounts that use language about being "gang stalked" and attacked with "psychotronic," "mind control" weapons play into the hands of those who seek to marginalize victims as delusional.

I wouldn't get to caught up in semantics. There has been controversy lately about "organized" vs "gang" and while your points may be valid it only divides us to fight about what to call any of this.
Remember as well what you observe in your case may not be applicable to everyone else. Maybe your perps are meaner or nicer than those in oither communities. You may be more or less able to tolerate punishment. I think it's kind of self centered (not trying to get snotty tho) to assume others must describe things exactly as we ourselves see them.
We just shouldn't get disrtracted over words.

Part of the content of the show (referenced in the last post) is an interview with Edwin Black, which provides his description of the participation of IBM in Nazi affairs, as per his recent book.
Listening to him speak, I couldn't help feeling the chill come over me as I realized that his words concerning the earlier part of the atrocities could easily be applied to us (as UTVs or gang stalking victims)

Anyone with direct knowledge of persons being covertly chipped without their knowledge or consent: Be an American hero and come forward. Perhaps Marc Risen or Eric Lichtblau at The New York Times, or Bob Woodward at The Washington Post, would be interested in talking to you.
I'd like to hear from you, too: But, given my status as an apparent "target," some of those who contact me to tell their stories appear to be impostors who are part of the "program." And the 24/7 surveillance to which I am subject makes it difficult, if not impossible, to verify such a source.
This is how the fascists within attempt to silence a longtime journalist. Or, at least, the most benign way. I have found that they employ other methods believed to be more "persuasive." Their torture matrix does not work on people like me, but I can't speak for more complaint media types.

The comment above also was posted to the FFCHS discussion board, which I believe is populated by many disinformation agent tormentors along with a relatively few genuine victims who either are fooled by the psy ops or seek to gain insight into the minds of those that would torture their fellow citizens. This "program" is expert at turning family members against each other, just as the Nazis did. And their psy ops does appear to work on the meek and the compliant and the self-interested -- how else to explain how this torture matrix has ruined so many lives and livelihoods? I say it's THE major contributing factor to the global economic meltdown (which may have been pre-ordained by the evil architects of this matrix).
My bottom line is that while this apparatus may use criminals, religious and extremist zealots and non-thinking automaton yahoos, crackers and narrow-minded suburban bigots as its ground muscle, this evil extrajudicial targeting and torture matrix is the spawn of a secretive multi-agency coordinated action program that spans many powerful agencies of the government -- from the Pentagon to the executive branch security services to the intel agencies and the IRS...

But Congress, the judiciary and the Obama administration must acknowledge the existence of this extrajudicial shadow government and torture matrix-- and the prosecute its "multi-agency coordinated action program" conspirators for war crimes and violations of the Constitution. That is the only way to ensure that this evil apparatus is put down for good.
The situation is analogous to Nazi Germany. Without the Nuremberg Trials, there could be no re-emergence of German democracy and respect for civil and human rights.
The U.S. must convene its own Nuremberg Trials. The criminals are hiding in plain sight. The key phrase: "Multi-Agency Coordinated Action Program."
A prediction: A major alphabet agency that has been complicit in these crimes against the Constitution and humanity will cleanse itself by routing out the law-breakers in its ranks -- and then will lead the charge to reform the many other agencies that capitulated to this illegitimate extrajudicial shadow government.

I found online an official U.S. Air Force video about U.S. Air Force's "Directed Energy Directorate" which is "developing the means to accurately aim and put this energy on target with surgical precision."
Wanted to post a comment to the video, but a cookie "block" appeared in my computer's browser. Removed the cookie block, but still could not sign in to post a comment. The browser momentarily showed the sign-in URL, but then was redirected back to the page with the Air Force video.
Suddenly, the screen shows I was signed in. I wrote the comment printed below but the comment apparently would not post.
Then I tried to post the comment to the YouTube page of Foreign Policy magazine, which had posted the Air Force video. The comment appeared to post -- but when I checked a few minutes later, it apparently had been removed, and I could no longer view ANY comments posted to the page. I received an on-screen message reading, "No comments for this user."
Here is the text of the apparently censored comment:

I believe that surveillance operatives monitoring my activity in real time are preventing me from posting the above comment to the YouTube video. They know I intend to post links to my articles, I believe, and they are unconstitutionally prohibiting me from doing so.
Other recent apparent "fusion center" government infringements on my constitutional rights:
* Audio and video services disrupted; cannot access preferred internet radio news station; form of psychological harassment. When an audio service is available, volume and programming controls sabotaged at will to frustrate user.
* Cookie "blocks" continue to appear in the browser settings, even though user did not input or activate such blocks. Functions such as "remove cookie block" selectively disabled, preventing access to certain web pages and features.
* Page "refreshes" fail to update web pages -- an apparent means of discouraging timely new postings to political blogs.
* "Endless beach ball" slows computer functions to a crawl; electively enabled, as a means of psychological harassment.

I oughta know, I must have several thousand comments over there, from smart alecky quips to rip snortin' flamebursts on the trolls there.
The psychological harrassment, the torment, the changing of volume controls to "frustrate" the user, the infringement of his rights....

The scientist, David Franklin, told the Am Law Litigation Daily that he and his family felt harassed and intimidated by the Pfizer investigator's appearance at their home and are still shaken by the event. The judge overseeing the Neurontin multidistrict litigation, Boston federal district court judge Patti Saris, issued a restraining order instructing Pfizer and the investigator to stay away from Franklin and his family.

This is from a navy research website, an award to develop "a Star Trek hand-held Phaser Weapon set on “Stun”."
Interesting to note that the weapon targets the inner ear via Radio Frequency.

EPIC (Electromagnetic Personnel Interdiction Control)
Abstract
The Marine Corps has a requirement for a non-destructive stun weapon that would render a hostile war fighter ineffective for a period of time. There is significant political and military interest in such a capability. In addition, the ability to remotely incapacitate a human being without permanent damage would be a landmark event in the field of civil law enforcement. The desirability of waging bloodless war to counter threats to national security is virtually limitless since both military and civil authority could determine a priori when and if loss of human life is necessary. IVC proposes to investigate the use of beamed RF energy to excite and interrupt the normal process of human hearing and equilibrium. The focus will be in two areas. (1) Interruption of the mechanical transduction process by which sound and position (relative to gravity) are converted to messages that are processed by the brain. (2) Interruption of the chemical engine which sustains the proper operation of the nerve cells that respond to the mechanical transduction mechanisms referenced in item (1). Interruption of either or both of these processes has been clinically shown to produce complete disorientation and confusion. Second order effects would be extreme motion sickness.
Benefit
This RFP asks for a weapon that can “temporarily incapacitate” a human threat as a point or area target. In short, a Star Trek hand-held Phaser Weapon set on “Stun”. It would be the ultimate in individual weaponry providing an individual war fighter with the ability to reduce an opponent to helplessness while doing no permanent damage. The requirement also states the need for the weapon to operate through walls and other protective mediums that now provide cover for combatants in urban warfare situations. This capability would increase the effectiveness of a war-fighter in urban combat for two reasons: (1) the enemy could be engaged and neutralized through a wall; and (2) the damage of friendly fire mistakes would be minimized since on permanent damage would be done by the stun weapons. The civilian applications of such a weapon would be a landmark event in law enforcement. The civil authority could always protect themselves from lethal threats while still delivering targets to the justice system unharmed. Further, the critical decision now placed on law enforcement as to whether or not lethal responses are necessary could be virtually eliminated since use of the “stun” weapon could neutralize a perceived threat without permanent damage.

My first impression is that this post could be part of a sophisticated disinformation campaign intended to convey the idea that such weaponry has yet to be developed -- when my empirical experiences and observation and reporting and other documentation indicate that such weapons are operational and in the field.

You have no concept of how screwed you are. You've been targeted. (Keywords: targeted individual, gang stalking) If you have enough resources to hole up in a fully-paid-for house, somewhere in the world (not necessarily the US), with defenses against electromagnetic weaponry, and enough manpower on hand to prevent the constant break-ins (they will poison you), you might be able to survive what they've got in store for you. Alternatively, if you IMMEDIATELY disavow all your claims in a deal with the FBI, they might (might!) drop the targeting, provided they've got you by the balls in some other way.
You cannot escape this program no matter where you go. The satellites reach everywhere and all the community groups that provide the manpower for the on-the-ground stalking share info. The stalking activities are self-funding thanks to volunteer citizen watch corps (who are lied to about you), slander campaigns, blackmailed informants, and something else, something really special that only us targeted individuals know about - I won't say it because I'll look crazy.
The standard MO for people like you, who have some credibility, is to destroy the credibility. Your run-in with the law is part of that. At some point they will start bringing in the "nonlethal" weapons and you'll be reporting frantically that you're heading voices in your head, seeing visions, that people are reading your mind and commenting on it, etc. This is real technology in use right now. The purpose is to make you look crazy. Once you look crazy, and are totally discredited, it's time to get rid of the body. That's when the DEW's are brought in to microwave your body parts to induce cancer, or induce a heart attack. After 5-10 years your body will be totally broken down, you'll look like a crazy hermit to the public, and nobody will believe what you're saying. "Former journalist commits suicide in trailer park."
I haven't even addressed the issue of how ALL social support, formal and informal, will be withdrawn from you. Your neighbors, everyone you interact with on a daily basis, etc., will all be turned against you either by a slander campaign (they are working on this) or replacing them with informants, or threats. Services you think of as rock-steady reliable, like Internet and email and phone service and power, will get unreliable, typically the unreliability will manifest itself at times that are maximally inconvenient to you, just a coincidence of course. You won't be able to trust anything or anyone.
It gets even worse. Someday this program might be exposed and then your next of kin will sue for zillions of dollars, so how do they protect against it? That's right, they'll target and kill your wife and kids. They'll subject them to the same campaign you're experiencing starting at the age of 18 or so, they suddenly won't be able to get jobs, they'll die homeless and destitute. Or, they'll be facing prison which might be the only way out. "Inform for us or die in prison" will be the deal, they'll take it, and then the FBI has them for life because the case is never really closed.
I repeat. You have no concept of how screwed you are. I've been targeted for 4 years. They've almost got me broke. I know what's waiting at the end of the line.
It's interesting that they're going after web journalists now, but not surprising. The DEW's enable the perfect crime. Absolute power, well, you know what comes from that.

My water is tasting funny again. There are other signs that the things you mention have been intensified. Such things never ended, just subsidized a bit.
I will say this: I still think the FBI may turn out to be the good guys in this. I have reason to believe the bureau is not the lead agency in these black ops...

The FBI, they're just pawns like everyone else. They are under pressure to ignore gang stalking complaints, which is an easy stimulus for them to respond to because of the nature of the grievance, which is all 100% deniable actions directed at you. You can't point at any one person and say "That guy did something to me"- it is all unfortunate coincidences (the stuff you see), and invisible (the NLW, DEW), and covert (the physical tampering that goes on behind your back).
There might be some evidence in form of your water supply,but you will have to go to someone else to have the evidence checked out or accepted, and that someone else can be compromised.
The invisible web of power being constructed around you is shocking. There are tons of informants whose loyalty is ensured because they have been in a situation similar to yours and they know they can't fight this machine. The informants can be placed literally anywhere. Informants and the stalking networks are being continuously used to create
more informatnts which increases the power of this network.
There's a couple other things, starting with the mind control technologies in combination with whatever software/AI they're using. By now there are literally millions of perps who are essentially remote-controlled zombies. They will do absolutely anything their handlers make them do, they can be managed in almost real time and in large numbers and in a highly coordinated way.
Then there's how the TI's like you and me are being handled and contained. Once you are targeted you are 100% managed in essentially real time. This goes for all the other TI's. We are socially isolated by design, we have to communicate with each other electronically, we have to think about what we're going to say before we say it, and so all our communications are essentially under control. Emails which don't fit the master plan will be silently deleted, if you think up some clever way to mobilize the other TI's you'll be barraged with misinfo, the people you're trying to contact will be barraged with misinfo, if the communication or other idea is still powerful/dangerous enough to make the wrong things happen the persons involved will simply be killed remotely. Most of the people involved with TI issues are on a hair trigger remote kill switch. There is a master narrative being advanced and once a TI has played his role in that narrative, he's gone.
All the mind control technologies you've been hearing about are true, but the management of them is on a massive, global scale in real time and players who don't get the rules will be weeded out of the game very quickly. Nobody is going to tell you directly what to do or when to do it. It might be that you are already doomed and you're being subtly encouraged to take actions that will doom yourself more quickly. That is the nature of these covert ops.
Global awareness of what's going on would kill the whole thing dead. I understand the reason I've been targeted, it has to do with the technological danger I would have posed to the system they use to cordon us off. Journalists face the Buzzsaw. Others are simply being targeted to be made an example of.
