Britain informs, the appointment of special envoy to Sri Lanka is not biased. British government stated, to scrutinize the humanitarian situation in Sri Lanka, they had appointed a special representative to Sri Lanka.
Such appointment is explained in detail to Foreign Affairs Minister Rohitha by British Foreign Affairs Secretary Milband.  But such actions by British government cannot be accepted was pointed out by Colombo government.
