I have been saying this for weeks now that Iran has been trying to undermine Arab countries for quite a while. It is starting to back fire as the Arab league is beginning to get worried over this interference with covert military aid.

The Arab League is warning Iran not to harm the sovereignty or independence of any Arab state.

Arab League Deputy Secretary-General Ahmad Bin Hali accused Teheran of issuing provocative statements against Arab states.

Arab countries will not allow Iranian influence in Iraq on account of Iraq's sovereignty and stability, he said in an interview with an Egyptian television channel on Saturday.

He also said Iran's interference in Palestinian affairs was not justified.

Good find.. Just want to point out that Arab reaction is based on pre-historic Persian and Arab confrontation as well. Hopefully it is based on genuine concerns like Israel which is threatened by ill-conceived and ill-thought rant by the Iranian President about Israel. But I doubt it because the wahabi Arabian governments are mainly concerned about Shia Iran’s influence on Iraqi Shia population and a possible gain in Arabian peninsula.
until this idiot is not removed from presidency and replaced by the reformists, the regional relationships will never normalise.

Thanks for your comments Amaad. Having visited Iran in the late 1960's I was astounded how big Tehran was and how much the people were secular/traditional. Since the Shah's exist things have actually gotten much worse.
