They are some of the worst despots in the world, but since they have the wealth the West looks the other way. The brother of the ruler of Abu Dhabi, who mercilessly tortured a former business associate has been found not guilty by a court in the Arab sheikdom.
The sheikhdom with 90 billion dollars in assets seemed to have bought out the victim.
The brutality of the torture was goose-pimpling, but since he was the president's brother he was let go in Abu Dhabi.
