Artist Mark McGowan encountered some problems today when he attempted to do his performance in Sevilla in Spain. People did not take too kindly to his performance which asked the question are all Spanish racists?. Are many people shouted and abused him, in the Plaza de Truinfo. Mark got on a ride with a horse and cart to escpae the furora.

Did you know that Mark is Ripley's Believe It or Not? Well, believe it; he was mentioned for the peanut project mentioned above. As the book is aimed at kids, it doesn't go into the context of the peanut-pushing. (I'm adding a phonecam shot of the book entry)
