Are the UK riots and US "flash mobs" being created by COINTELPRO agencies?

A portion of the riots was completely instigated by secret services.  In the early video footage you can clearly see older men inciting youths.  These live videos stopped being showed.  There were also men in 'hummers' at many of the scenes, visible on footage and from direct witness evidence. ....who can afford a hummer, please?  Quite clearly not the youth.  The riots are being used as another way to discredit the black community.  Britain is as racist as it ever was.  But worse than that there is a deep underbelly of elite groups who are hell bent on owning and controlling it all.   Cointelpro is live and well in the UK.  Many innocent people, particularly in the ethnic minorities are being targetted and abused with the conspiring help of the community at large.  It is incredible to think that 'this' is the 21st century. Noone should be kidding themselves and burying their heads in the sand...our world is in serious trouble and short of divine intervention we are set to implode because of a few evil and greedy men.   May they and their conspiring families rot in hell.
