The United States Supreme Court has upheld a law in the state of Arizona which gives his court the power to shut down businesses that employ illegal immigrants. In a five to three decision the Supreme Court rejected arguments by businesses, civil right groups and the Obama that the Arizona law is against federal constitution.

Didn't review the actual ruling, but it will be interesting to see how this 'law' plays out for any this law is actually used against.

Hey, does that mean that all those illegal Phillipino nurses will get fired and they will shut down grandma or grandpa for hiring them when these old people barely know laws at all?Just asking!Or maybe they could pass a law saying if grandma or grandpa hired a nurse that turned out to be illegal, they have to sell their home and move to a nursing home!I think that's the level our country is getting to.  Pretty low and pretty despicable! Most illegals are used around the house for yard work, nannies or grandma/pa care.  No one every really "employs" them.  Payments are often in cash.  So what's to shut down?  Your home?  Your kids? Your spouse?

The way to deal with illegal immigration is by repealing NAFTA. NAFTA flooded Mexico with American goods that pushed countless farms and farmworkers out of business. Subsidized corn from the U.S. has been a major problem for Mexican farms. Companies like Wal-mart put small business in Mexico out of business like they did in America. The drug war is going on in Mexico because the economy is destroyed because of NAFTA and Mexicans have nowhere to work but the drug trade. If Mexico got out of NAFTA and kept the foreign goods and companies out, which are destroying their own businesses and jobs, then they can employ their own people and take away the workers the drug cartels need to survive.
