Video of a man being tased with his hands up outside an Arizona restaurant has gone viral.

The video shows Robert Denoyelles getting tased outside a restaurant in Prescott, Arizona. The man appears to have his hands up when a police officer pulls out his taser and tases the man who has his hands in the air.

According to a TV report, the Yavapai Prescott Tribal Police officer claimed that he used the taser on Denoyelles after asking him to turn around several times.

The officer responded to a report of a man bothering customers outside of a Golden Corral restaurant in Prescott.

Denoyelles was taken to jail and will face a charge of disorderly conduct.

No doubt, some are concerned about whether the officer went too far.

What is also concerning is the reaction of the person filming the video. A customer in the restaurant caught the entire taser incident on video. The person filming says he hopes the police officer tases the man so he can put it "on YouTube." When Denoyelles falls to the ground after being hit by a taser, he shouts "Yes! Yes! Totally awesome."
