Armed man barricaded inside flat in Suffolk, England

Police in Suffolk have been called to deal with an armed seige as a man has barricaded himself inside a flat with a gun.
Earlier today a man was killed in Chelsea in central London after he shut himself in his house with a gun.

A man has locked himself inside a flat on the corner of Norwich Road and Bramford Road in Ipswich, and armed police have arrived at the scene.

Police negotiators have also been called to the property to help end the stand-off.

Some nearby homes have been evacuated by police and Bramford Road has been cordoned off while officers deal with the situation.
