The biggest lie this Lt.Col.is telling by saying 'in persuit of truth'.Were he a truth seeker,he shouldn't have joined the army.No body is going to beleive this crook.

Why doesn't Obama just show his birth certificate, you know, the one that was signed by the doctor who delivered him?????????  Obama  has paid way too much money to have his records sealed for someone who is being honest............  It's a matter of Constitution and protection for the US citizen...........  It's called obeying the laws of the land............ Time for him to buck up and  start being real.......................

We want to see his long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate.  We question his eligibility.  What is there to hide?  Obama could end the controversy in a heartbeat, but either he likes all the talk and speculation, or he really is hiding someting.  The more he hides, the more curious we become.  And what about all his other records from his early years--they are all purposefully hidden from public view!  Why?  Why?  It doesn't make sense unless he is hiding something very dreadful.

I don't know what usefulness this story accomplishes, aside from continuing to fame the flames of doubters that will never accept the president as legitimate. First he was a Muslim, then his middle name was Mohamed and then "he's not a US Citizen." The campaign released a certified copy of the short form birth certificate, and lo and behold, the doubters claimed it was a forgery. Here's a link to a check on the facts surrounding Obama. Barack did not have Two parents that were American citizens

If prince harry had a child with brittany speers, that child could not be eligible to be president

That is the same as Barack, his father was British

This is an allegiance clause, that is written into the constitution, for our protection against foreign influence
The birth certificate doesn't matter in this case

The 14th Amendment defines citizenship this way: "All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside." But even this does not get specific enough. As usual, the Constitution provides the framework for the law, but it is the law that fills in the gaps. The Constitution authorizes the Congress to do create clarifying legislation in Section 5 of the 14th Amendment; the Constitution, in Article 1, Section 8, Clause 4, also allows the Congress to create law regarding naturalization, which includes citizenship.

Currently, Title 8 of the U.S. Code fills in the gaps left by the Constitution. Section 1401 defines the following as people who are "citizens of the United States at birth:"

• Anyone born inside the United States *
• Any Indian or Eskimo born in the United States, provided being a citizen of the U.S. does not impair the person's status as a citizen of the tribe
• Any one born outside the United States, both of whose parents are citizens of the U.S., as long as one parent has lived in the U.S.
• Any one born outside the United States, if one parent is a citizen and lived in the U.S. for at least one year and the other parent is a U.S. national
• Any one born in a U.S. possession, if one parent is a citizen and lived in the U.S. for at least one year
• Any one found in the U.S. under the age of five, whose parentage cannot be determined, as long as proof of non-citizenship is not provided by age 21
• Any one born outside the United States, if one parent is an alien and as long as the other parent is a citizen of the U.S. who lived in the U.S. for at least five years (with military and diplomatic service included in this time)
• A final, historical condition: a person born before 5/24/1934 of an alien father and a U.S. citizen mother who has lived in the U.S.

* There is an exception in the law — the person must be "subject to the jurisdiction" of the United States. This would exempt the child of a diplomat, for example, from this provision.

Yes I would Love to see it! I\ve spent 10 years in the Special Forces and if this true and Barrack Obama isn't a True American Then Joe Bidden should take over ASAP!!!!!!!! What is the Big Deal about showing your birth certificate unless your hiding something???????/ Maybe all of our troops should put all of their orders on hold until the True comes out??/

God Bless the U.S. Military and the strength of the few who are willing to stand up for the truth.  This man deserves a promotion.

Of course Obama doesn't hand over his birth certificate, and quite frankly he shouldnt have to. How many previous presidents have been asked to verify their citizenship? None. But as soon as we get a president who doesnt quite look like the rest, we automatically begin a riot trying to prove he's not from here....? That ridiculous, embarassing, and if I were the president, I'd be insulted. The president is half white, half African, accept it, embrace it, and for God's sake get over it.
