Teen In Richmond,California Gang Raped And Beaten After Her Homecoming Dance!

Bay area,  California:  15 year old high school girl assaulted as onlookers laughed

Police continue to execute arrest warrants in connection with a group rape of a 15 year old female student outside her high school dance Saturday.

Sources say as many as twenty suspects are being sought in connection with the crime.

The public has been outraged that the girl was assaulted for 2 1/2 hours and called for help,  but onlookers only laughed or joined in on the attack.  The girl was found unconscious and air-lifted to the hospital.

Three suspects have been arrested in connection to the rape of a 15-year-old girl outside of her high school homecoming dance Saturday, bringing the total number of people in custody in the case to five.

A 21-year-old man, Salvador Rodriguez, was arrested near the corner of 26th Street and Humphrey Avenue at 7:40 p.m., Richmond police Lt. Mike Gormley said. Shortly after 10 p.m., police arrested a 16-year-old boy in San Pablo.

A 17-year-old boy was not at home when police searched his Pinole home, but once he got word that he was being sought, he turned himself in to police, Gormley said.

Police served several search warrants prior to the arrests, he said.
