Arroyo administration accused of being behind Mancao circus
Independent media accuses Arroyo government of being behind the sudden appearance of Cezar Mancao and his recent move to link Lacson and Estrada in the Dacer killings. Los Angeles Media Center reported on March 16 that Lascon was tagged with the murder, which would hamper his political plans for the 2010 elections.
In a new political circus staged-managed by US puppet Arroyo, self-exiled police superintendent Cezar Mancao II said he agreed to become a state witness to the Dacer-Corbito double murder case and will no longer contest the extradition applied for by the Philippine government against him. The Alliance-Philippines sources learned that Legal counsel Arnedo Valera, Esq. based in Virginia revealed that upon agreement with the Department of Justice, Mancao executed an affidavit on February 14, 2009, revealing significant facts and names of individuals alleged involved in the murder of Salvador Dacer and his driver Corbito in 2000.

Filipino politics is as dirty as it can get. The Philippines is run by a set of political clans of which most have a deep history of corruption and many have links to organized crime. The elections are a farce each and every political clan tries to fix the voting.
Politicians call each other corrupt and its a hot bed of deception where only the criminals win the day and there are very few politicians that can be trusted or honest on bothsides of any political fence.
6% of the people in the Philippines own the money and they are mostly corrupt or into something criminal.
There is a saying amoungst the poor and impoverised "We try to vote for the less corrupt candidates"
