Accusations are flying again in the Ashley Biden cocaine scandal and this time an agent for the unidentified videographer is being called the bad guy.

Washington lawyer Thomas Dunlap is being vilified in the press only one day after he tried to sell a video that allegedly shows the US Vice President's daughter snorting cocaine like she's Michael Phelps at a frat party.

Dunlap apparently tried to shop the video around to the highest bidder and now his unnamed client has been accused of setting Ashley Biden up for a fall.

The hows and whys of the set up may never be known now that Thomas Dunlap has taken the video and gone home. He is no longer seeking a buyer for the tape and is staying mum on the details of how it was ever made in the first place.

Washington lawyer Thomas Dunlap is under fire for attempting to sell a video of Ashley Biden, the 27-year-old daughter of Joe Biden, allegedly snorting lines of cocaine at a Delaware party last month.

Radar Online reported that Dunlap has since dropped the client after he learned the tape was recorded on a hidden camera, complaining about all the "negative attention."

According to the New York Post, the video in question shows a woman who looks like Biden talking and snorting several lines of cocaine with a straw.
