Atrocities of Philippine gov't collapse the GRP-MNLF (FPA)

Merely two thousand Philippine marine accompanied by three thousand Civilian volunteers (CVO), Attacked the hidden camp of Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF), at Luuk, province of Jolo Sulu.

 The impact of attacked resulted to force one officer of the MNLF to shout that the GRP-MNLF final peace agreement yet collapsed.

In Sep 2, 1996 The Philippine gov't and Moro National Liberation Front reached the Final Peace Agreement, but due to lack of implementation of Final peace Agreement, many of its member back to jungle and resist along with other insurgency Goup.

Other than that a fish vendor was arrested by the Elements of Philippine Marines and confined him without any charge. He was released later, but, according to him; he is almost beaten to death.
