Attitudes of Hell

Hell is this: an inversion of truth - an inversion of value - a swamp, an inverted palace, with toads at the top. Consier hell to be mathematical opposite of heaven. All that is true is held to be lie, all that is lie is held to be truth. The good is seen as evil, the evil as good. The best serve the worst, who then become leadersand are seen as sacrosanct.  

Fascism is seen as liberty; freedom is defined manipulatively to benefit the agendas of fascists. You have the freedom to worship the god we choose for you, to vote for the politicians we select, to buy things that are bad for you. Anything else is communism or sociopathy. 

Responsibility means taking credit for the good times and blaming the bad times on others. When economic times are good it's "money talks bullsh*t walks," "America: love it or leave it" and "God bless America."  When the economic times are not good it's them damn IMF commies or them damn Jews. Places such as oklahoma, which has no intellectuals to speak of, blame intellectuals for their problems while ridiculously claiming themselves to be big responsible macho americans. Meanwhile the real sources of the nation's prosperity - such as scientific progress in academia, technological innovation in the vastly liberal seattle and san francisco bay area, and the clinton administration's fiscal policies - are maliciously attacked when they form and, when they succeed, have credit for them expropriated by the same people who led the attack on them in the first place. It is never thanks to science or to innovators either in private or public sectors. It is all thanks to America or to God. 

Clarity is seen as insanity; ignorance and bigotry are seen as common sense. The fact of man-induced climate change, like the facts of paleontology and astronomy, are ridiculed for 30 years that things could have been done about this climate change - ridiculed until they become unavoidable - ridiculed by people who claim to be moral, principled, and realistic, while deriding those who know better as being none of the above. The false common sense of the culture is seen as reality, when it is nothing but a shroud of self-perpetuating falsehoods. People are judged sane or insane by reference to this shroud. meanwhile awareness of actual reality is bludgeoned out of people, medicated out of people, ridiculed and murdered lest it be refutation by counterexample of this subsuming big lie. 

Hypocrisy is seen as morality; principle as lack of ethics. The man who beats his wife and rapes his daughter is seen as possessing family values and patriotism; the man who does not is seen as a commie, sissie, or poser. A psychopath who pirates software from his hippie friend who invented it is seen as great industrialist; his hippie friend is seen as a loon. The oil industry that has for 30 years denied the reality of global warming, blinded the people to the problem and lobbied the government to suppress progress in clean energy is seen as exponents of progress; the people who work on real solutions to the problem are seen as pinkos and traitors. 

Reality and delusion are reversed. It is seen as sane, rational and honorable to believe that the world is run by a Satanic conspiracy, that we're living in the end times, and that scientists are fools and sinners, even while one lives a lifestyle that owes everything to the aforementioned scientists. Government is seen as an organ of oppression, but texas oil and christian right are not. The economy that owes most of what it has to the democrats who are the nation's scientists, computer industry, teachers, journalists and innovators, as well as to government projects such as the interstate and the internet, is credited to Republicans when it works and blamed on Democrats or on Jews when it doesn't. Meanwhile republicans - as government-subsidized anti-government texas oil, government-subsidized anti-government big beef, anti-government truckers who use government interstate system to deliver products to liberal cities that are their markets, and the industry of conmanship and deception that is the christian right - constitute entities that are truly parasitical on the country and yet claim credit for the country's successes while blaming its failures on the Democrats. 

Standards are inverted. The concept of self-esteem, forced down people's throats, rewards those with least standards for themselves who find it easiest to highly esteem themselves and punishes those who have higherexpectations for themselves and thus find it harder to esteem themselves highly. Women in situations of domestic violence are seen as causing it through low self-esteem when the violence is the worst against those women who esteem themselves well enough to take objection to being a punching bag or a "kitchen bitch" or other aspects of the "traditional" wife role. A fictions spread that the women in situations of family violence are causing it through low self-esteem and would be bad for any other person, these women are denied help, love and support they need to get out. This incentivizes abusive behavior, as it motivates the bully to continue to bully knowing that, if he is a bully enough, others will blame it on the woman and won't do anything for her. 

Ethics is turned on its head. brutal, deceptive, oppressive "family" arrangements are forced down people's throats under the false claim that they are the basis of society and the source of the nation's well-being. This false claim is used to deny people real freedom - the freedom to choose their lifestyle - and attack other lifestyles, including family arrangements that come out of love. Meanwhile the true reason for the nation's well-being - innovation, ingenuity, risk-taking and creative thinking - are seen as mental illness or "narcissism" and bludgeoned out of people since earliest age. Nobody dares to say the obvious: that the "family values" existed long before did america, and are and were strongest in places such as medieval Europe, rural India and Middle East - places that had none of what America has. America, which was once seen as the last best hope for humanity, the place where people freed from their christian european tradition could go and live meaningfully free lives, is claimed to owe everything to conservative christianity - a creed practiced for much longer in europe with disastrous results for most of its history - and not to the institutions of American liberty, based as they are on the works of aristocratic European Enlightenment intellectuals such as Locke and Voltaire and put into place by liberal intellectuals such as Jefferson and Franklin with help of the French. 

Justice is seen as "whining" or immaturity; injustice as ethics. The people who are injured are blamed for the injury done to them and treated as damaged goods, perpetuating and systematizing the injustice. The society becomes tainted with injustice and twisted into ever greater and more malignant lie-shrouds in order to continue to justify both the formative injustice and the guilt by association of all its members. Sincerity and fairness are seen as a threat to the culture of insincerity and systematized injustice, lest they serve as counterexample. Anything that has heart and soul is attacked, lest these things show the rest of the context for the ever-more-obvious fallacy that it is. To perpetuate this ongoing criminality becomes necessary ever-greater distortion and ever-greater oppression, until all thoughts and feelings are checked in reference to the shroud of lies through the process of manipulated critical thinking - critical thinking that has adopted as base a false and malignant worldview and checks all things by reference to that worldview, and is by it corrupted and turned into a big lie. 

Beauty is seen as patriarchy or as narcissism; ugliness becomes the centerpiece of feminist morality. The most malicious, most petty, most nasty of women claim to speak for women's liberty while bludgeoning women into conformity with the role they have invented for them and shoving it invasively down their throats. All things of femininity is seen as against feminism, and anything that embodies the things that woman can be naturally more easily and more magnificently than man are viciously suppressed, while harpyism is cultivated and extolled as the character of the new woman. In seeking to exercise absolute control over the behavior and thinking of women, the politically correct creates a cartel that wants to control not only the women but ultimately the world. This is done under the name of women's rights and women's freedom - under the name also of sanity. 

Freedom means freedom for unofficial organs of totalitarianism such as christian right to tyrannize and oppress those inside them and wage war against those outside of them; government is seen as oppressive when itsupports the rights of the people that such entities want to murder, rape, batter, silence or destroy. The institutions that protect people's rights against such entities are seen as un-American or even communist when without them America would not even exist, and an average American would be an average serf in an average monarchy working an average 2-acre plot of land and being run over by average murderers and rapists. 

If any of this offends, it is worthwhile to scrutinize what it is in oneself that is being offended. Doing the same may lead to insights into the falsehoods which one has been told. And if seeing through the same realizes a liberation from these fallacies, then the result is beneficial for oneself and beneficial also for one's country.
