Emergency plans in effect

When earthquakes and tsunamis happen, emergency plans go into effect to the extent that authorities have control. Armed with much experience, they can just do their best.

“The areas most at risk of a tsunami are coastal areas of Aceh, particularly the island of Simeulue, Prih Harjadi, an official for the Indonesian agency said on Metro TV.
