Dude. Dude. Dude. Why in the WORLD would you assume normal discovery rules would apply when the President was involved. Why? Nixon gave the legal system his middle finger and won. Reagan gave the legal system his middle finger and won. Clinton gave the legal system his middle finger and won. And THIS is a military court. C'mon! You can't take down the King with the same sword you use for the peasants.
