Robbing Banks use to be thought of as a crime in golden years, but these new days it appears to be quite the opposite. It is not OK for a person to walk into a bank and tell the teller to give you all the money....but it is OK for CEO's of Big Banking Institutions to bilk the entire society....leaving it in worse condition than the great depression.

The top bank CEO's http://www.wsws.org/articles/2009/feb2009/bank-f12.shtml...appeared before the congressional committee. They were Lloyd Blankfein (Goldman Sachs); James Dimon (JPMorgan Chase); Robert Kelly (Bank of New York Mellon);

Ken Lewis (Bank of America); Ronald Logue (State Street Corporation); John Mack (Morgan Stanley); Vikram Pandit (Citigroup) and John Stumpf (Wells Fargo). Collectively they have received hundreds of millions in individual compensation over the last few years, while their institutions precipitated the worst financial meltdown since the Great Depression.

They know these guys, and yet they do not remove them from their jobs, or levy criminal charges or penalties for their banking conspiracy. If people in the real work force make even a small mistake they are fired, and or fined. But to think Congress will follow the law? What law? And if the truth were known....perhaps if charges were brought against these bank crooks, we would find they took orders from people in the Congress...who would and should be impeached and brought to justice.

I am really smokin pissed at these so called high tech snappy wall street know it all's screw you; stab you in the back bloomberg mafiosa's running our lives. Just who do they think they are? They expect us to believe comments like Pandit proclaims....he is refusing his bonus and only taking 1 dollar a year salary?  Kind of like saying money grows on trees doesn't it?

What I am really puzzled about is this protracted war of the classes...RICH Vs. Poor.

Why is that? Why do we think having a billion dollars is the best? Why is more better? What is wrong with paying less? Why isn't it rich to have a Mercedes Benz that costs only $5,000 dollars? Why do homes have to be million dollar homes, 650,000 dollar homes, or even 40,000 dollar homes? What is wrong with having all the things you want at a low price?

If there was no supply, it sure would mean there are plenty of jobs available to make up for the shortages right?

Is it normal for a big banker to look down his snooty nose....and declare his big ego is worth more than ordinary Jane and John Doe America?  Like what the hell do these hillbillies want? How come we put value on inconsideration? The rich people have everything they want so they don't have to be nice or polite to people? But the poor people are nice and polite because people will like them and give them money and business....that is just enough to stop them from crying or committing suicide....

Which leads to the war on terror. Ya think some poor people have had enough of the suffering in their lives. They just can't bear it any longer....trying to live....because Mr. Big Man Politician and Mr. Rich Banker refuses to help them. Let's end it now....get the suffering out of the way....they aren't going to follow the laws they make us follow, but mean nothing to them.. We refuse to be slaves to those f'ers any-longer. I know make a bomb.....have a suicide killing.... Maybe it was a poor old outback Australian guy who just couldn't take it anymore so strapped a bomb across his chest and walked out into the prairie...The explosion ended his misery on this forsaken planet where RICH People do literally nothing to help the poor people....and this is what caused the huge wild fire that has killed nearly 200 hundred more people. Think that might be possible?

Then it reminds me of a story I read about how the Republicans have really gone toe and nail against Obama; having Obama get his stimulus passed with hardly any bipartican support. There were only 3 Republicans who helped...It was an old guy Arlene Spector, and two little ladies from Maine who cast their vote for the stimulus package.

Republicans have this vendetta thing going.....They can't seem to realize after 8 long years and prior administrations before that; to include Reagan and Bush Sr...that they just couldn't keep the jobs in place in the market. Reagan and Bush Sr. covered up their Bank failures beautifully. No one heard a word of them....until miraculously in 2008 when the whole economy began its spin down the toilet. So tax cuts don't create jobs....because inevitably it means less money in government to keep the banks honest. It's more, more, more, for the rich.....and less less less for honest people. And to this day even after their ideas caused the banks to fail.....they still parade around like a broken CD, that they need tax cuts to create jobs..... Nonsense...tax cuts don't create jobs....they create misery......they create bank failures, which lead to wars.

Rich people don't like to give money to the poor to be equals.....it is only to just keep them quite for another day.....like giving a baby a bottle to stop crying.

And so this vendetta by Republicans goes very deep into their corporate dungeons of torture and masocism. They don't see they just bilked Americans out of 700 billion, and since it is tax money they need to give to the banks to make loans....they come out and say they want tax cuts? Are they pulling my leg......or are they really taking a live crap on our living room floor?

You need tax revenue to pay the banks... If they call it creating so called pork and wasteful spending, when that pork is really extra tax revenue coming in...to support our banking institutions and keeping jobs so people can pay their mortgages....then why do they not want to help the banks stay in good fiscal shape?

Oh??? I see so they can rape america with another 700 billion bailout?

Here is some more Republican Vengeance coming out..... reminds me of how CAT Catepillar CEO said no thanks to Obama's stimulus plan to help sustain jobs in his factory.....as he announced there would be more layoffs from him despite the stimulus....or really to spite Obama's efforts... No damn rookie Politician is going to tell me how to run my business right? http://www.pjstar.com/homepage/x114017839/Obama-visits-Caterpillar-Inc-in-East-Peoria.....

That's how it is in America.....right down to the military who really has its guns pointed and ready to blow away disgruntled poor Americans, and the Local Civil Police, who may get in the way. Those guys know who butter their bread don't they.!!......

Maybe if they pull their heads out of their gun butt barrels and get a clue to what it means to stop the divisions of the class segregations that enslave America we would find we are all rich because we don't need to buy things at such high prices.....created by this defunct dysfunctional idea called the market place.

Next time I  see a guy robbing a bank in the news..........I am really going to be rooting for him this time.......that is until Justice comes back to America.......and the ideas of suicide bombers become a distant memory at the teller window.......

I think it can be referred to as selective prosecution. The practice is rampant in New York State among those who consider themselves the elite. Thanks for posting, djermano!

Thank you Mangus.....I call it embezzlement, fraud, organized crime, Judges and cops on the pay off..... Criminal. Outlaws....What does New Yorks Governor know? They steal from him everyday......he's blind isn't he? Now... he was a smart pick....by the crooks to lead New York.

My thought for  today...

We share the world with each other, we could make the world a paradise but we should not make a personal paradise that makes a hell for other fellow human beings.

Its a message that the Elite and corrupt should swallow and obey for the sake of humanity.

What we see is a club of greedy corrupt people that build personal paradises and share the same gene of total greed and no morals or feelings.
