Barack Obama Birth Certificate Dubbed a Fake

BMCWrites, some read and nowhere near finished, but very interesting! I think it's important to note that techdude alleges that this is not about the campaign for him (even though it appears to me to be politically motivated for Geller). In other words, it is a "project" apparently taken on by techdude to "[improve] forensic methodologies and scientific techniques to spot digital image manipulations and for prosecuting pedophiles" who, if I understand it correctly, are trying to avoid prosecution if caught with child pornography, claiming they are digital images. Evidently, the Supreme Court (which I find hard to believe) has determined that if pedophiles have digital images in their possession, but not "real images", no law has been broken.  Unbelievable and another story, I am sure!

Has anyone thought to inquire which documents Mr. Hussein Obama could have used to obtain a U.S. passport?  Could we keep him out of the country if he used fake documents?  It's my understanding that legitimate, non-faked I.D. is required.  Or, did Mr. Obama proceed carefully by first, years ago, obtaining a driver's license (any illegal alien can obtain a great looking fake driver license using great looking fake birth certificates)?

This matter should be placed into the very capable hands of qualified government investigators.  If, in fact, the online birth certificate is a fake, there are penalties for forgeries and falsifying legal documents with the intent of defrauding the government or public -- and even for aiding and abeting.

They did this as a smear against McCain months ago, because he was born on a Naval installation in Panama. It's more amusing that people actually believe this!

The same one questioned whether McCain was actually a U.S. citizen, and cited numerous articles in the Constitution that made his credentials null and void. Not a breaking story, just some more conspiracy conconctions.

Did you also hear Obama is the anti-christ? Or the other one that he is a Jewish special ops guy infiltrating the America and befriending Muslims so Israel can dominate the world? There is another that says Obama is really 60 years old and was raised in the woods, but had surgery so he looks younger? Yet another says he was trained in Iran instead of going to Harvard? And yes, even one that says he was selected from outer space on a mission to disarm our defenses? No joke these people are out there.

I think he is just another partisan with an agenda.

May or may not be true? Then our government is doing a poor job at handling security clearances, as Senators have higher security clearances than most military personnel. Who is it that handles security clearances, oh yeah, a Republican controlled DOD. Which means that Bush and his cronies are putting Americans in more danger!

Hi V_rod218813! Perhaps! Nevertheless, if what he says is true, it would appear that Senator Obama's Birth Certificate raises significant questions as to its authenticity. Also, our government is not necessarily doing a poor job at handling security clearances--timing is everything!

The First Congress, on March 26, 1790, approved an act that declared, "The children of citizens of the United States that may be born beyond sea, or outside the limits of the United States, shall be considered as natural-born citizens of the United States." Even if he was, as you would like to believe, he is still eligible, because his mom is a U.S. citizen. This was under scrutiny when McCain's citizenship was under attack by CONSERVATIVES who wanted to stop him from being in office. But Obama was born in America, which is why a story like this is on an insignifficant bloggers page, and then reposted to NowPublic.

The idea that John McCain may not be a U.S. Citizen could very easily be mitigated by the fact that he served his country in the military honorably for several years. This could double the fact that he is a citizen. Hussein Obama has not served in the U.S. military at all…ever!

Although I am not, by any stretch of anyone's imagination, an expert on forensic document analysis, I do have some experience in the field due to my occupation dealing with identity and birth documents on a daily basis.

I agree with the analysis that the CERTIFICATION (as opposed to CERTIFICATE) of Live Birth posted on the Daily KOS is an abject forgery. What I do know about document forensic examination leads me to believe that Techdude knows of what he speaks.

Now, having said that, there is something else that needs to be addressed. It appears there are two forms of birth documents issued by the State of Hawaii. The first is a CERTIFICATE OF LIVE BIRTH, commonly referred to as a "birth certificate". On that document, there is a considerable amount of information, much more so than on the other document issued by the State of Hawaii Department of Health which is a CERTIFICATION OF LIVE BIRTH. These documents are different and distinct.

My understanding is that the Certification of Live Birth, the form used by KOS, is an "abstract" of a birth that was not attended to or witnessed by a medical doctor, Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, or midwife. In effect, it's a document issued simply on the "say so" of the mother and/or the father of the child. It is devoid of any signature or other information identifying the witness of the birth. My further understanding is that such a document could be issued to a child who WAS NOT BORN in the Hawaiian Islands but born elsewhere.

The Certificate of Live birth, or "birth certificate", by comparrison, has the signature, name, and other information of the attending physician or midwife, the actual address where the birth occurred (which is not the case on a Certification of Live Birth), and it has the signature of the Registrar of the Hawaiian Department of Health.

In short, a CERTIFICATION OF LIVE BIRTH, is a document that can be fraudulently obtained, fraudulently issued, and as such, should not be trusted as being proof positive of a birth occurring in Hawaii.

There have been several theories put forth as to the birth of Barrack Hussein Obama II. The most plausible, logical, and practical, is that he was born in Vancouver, British Colombia, Canada, which is in close proximity to the Dunham's former family home in Mercer Island Washington.

If Obama was born outside the United States, as it has been rumored, regardless of where it might have been, his mother, Anne Dunham, could not legally transmit her citizenship to him at birth because she did not meet the necessary residency requirements to do so. The law at that time required a US citizen parent to have residend in the US for ten years, five of which must have been after the age of 14. So, the earliest Anne Dunham could have transmitted her citizenship to her son would be when she was 19 years old. However, Obama was born when she was 18, thereby preventing Anne Dunham from transmitting.

What could have happened is that Ms. Dunham could have returned to Hawaii with her newborn son and registered the birth with the State of Hawaii and a Certification of Live Birth would have been issued in lieu of a Certificate of Live Birth. If there is no Certificate of Live Birth for Barrack Hussein Obama II in the State of Hawaii Department of Health records, one has to qauestion whether or not Obama was actually born in Hawaii or elsewhere and his birth simply, and fraudulently I might add, recorded in Hawaii.
