Barack Obama jilts Israel: Netanyahu on Third Temple in Jerusalem
Summary of the past weeks events concerning the Obama and Netanyahu meeting on east Jerusalem.
The U.S. and Israel were too busy spin doctoring last week to get any foreign policy done. You can't blame Barack Obama's administration for brushing Netanyahu off recently. They know passover is here so Israeli foreign policy experts will have plenty of time to think about it. Israel started the theatrics when they announced right before Biden's arrival last week their intentions to continue construction in east Jerusalem. Under the Oslo accord, that's supposed to be Palestine's capitol.
I think the building of the next Temple is central to diffusing the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. I honestly believe if Israel can agree upon a location for a Third Temple then things might cool down a bit in the middle east. While working on this they should proceed with getting some semblance of peace talks on the table with Palestine immediately. This is what Iran is looking for. It's Israel's turn to make the next move in this game of chess. Announcing you're building more apartments in east Jerusalem is a bad move under the current geopolitical climate.

It's time for both sides to get serious about peace in the Middle East. No one is saying it will be easy. Injustices have happened on both sides, but it's time to stop the violence.

The balance of power will always be on the Israeli side- Millions of dollars a year help fund them, they had at the last count 300 Nuclear weapons, While strangely enough Iran is threatened with Shock and awe because they are using the technology America sold them a few years ago.In 1983 America sold Saddam Chemical weapons, including cultures of Anthrax and Bubonic Plague-this got forgotten however when it was decided to take him out of play not once but twice, now the spent uranium from dirty bombs is causing chaos with newly born infants. If you want to see what has really happened, try and find Palestine on a map.[now where did that go....?]

•A U.S. cable recording the December 20, 1983 conversation between Donald Rumsfeld and Saddam Hussein. Although Rumsfeld said during a September 21, 2002 CNN interview, "In that visit, I cautioned him about the use of chemical weapons, as a matter of fact, and discussed a host of other things," the document indicates there was no mention of chemical weapons. Rumsfeld did raise the issue in his subsequent meeting with Iraqi official Tariq Aziz.
•National Security Decision Directive (NSDD) 114 of November 26, 1983, "U.S. Policy toward the Iran-Iraq War," delineating U.S. priorities: the ability to project military force in the Persian Gulf and to protect oil supplies, without reference to chemical weapons or human rights concerns.
•National Security Decision Directive (NSDD) 139 of April 5, 1984, "Measures to Improve U.S. Posture and Readiness to Respond to Developments in the Iran-Iraq War," focusing again on increased access for U.S. military forces in the Persian Gulf and enhanced intelligence-gathering capabilities. The directive calls for "unambiguous" condemnation of chemical weapons use, without naming Iraq, but places "equal stress" on protecting Iraq from Iran's "ruthless and inhumane tactics." The directive orders preparation of "a plan of action designed to avert an Iraqi collapse."
•U.S. and Iraqi consultations about Iran's 1984 draft resolution seeking United Nations Security Council condemnation of Iraq's chemical weapons use. Iraq conveyed several requests to the U.S. about the resolution, including its preference for a lower-level response and one that did not name any country in connection with chemical warfare; the final result complied with Iraq's requests.
•The 1984 public U.S. condemnation of chemical weapons use in the Iran-Iraq war, which said, referring to the Ayatollah Khomeini's refusal to agree to end hostilities until Saddam Hussein was ejected from power, "The United States finds the present Iranian regime's intransigent refusal to deviate from its avowed objective of eliminating the legitimate government of neighboring Iraq to be inconsistent with the accepted norms of behavior among nations and the moral and religious basis which it claims."

When this video was first released in 1983 it quietly slid into oblivion. That changed when Iraq who had became America's friend turned into America's sworn enemy after Saddam's invasion of Kuwait in 1991. The footage has seen a more recent resurgence in popularity as government "Hawks" used Weapons of Mass destruction (WMDs) and the crimes of Saddam Hussein against his own people as reasons to overthrow his government. Critics like to use the video to illustrate how when Donald Rumsfeld was shaking hands with Saddam in 1983, it was when government intelligence knew he was using WMDs against Iran and his own people. So they argue why is America taking the moral stance now when as shown by this video the American government had no problems with him using WMDs and selling him the means to make WMDs then.
............................................................................................................................................................................................. America Backs Iraq
When the Iraq-Iran War broke out in September 1980 it was American policy to let the two nations fight it out. America had turned anti-Iran since the Iranian revolution and its the hostage crisis at the American embassy in Tehran. America had no love for Saddam in Iraq either, at the time it was part of the Soviet sphere of influence and backed terrorist attacks against the US's close ally, Israel.
This all changed when Iran started to make significant gains in the war. President Regan saw disaster if Iran's revolutionary government overran Iraq and created the National Security Decision Directive 114 on Nov. 26, 1983 that changed US policy from neutral observer to active supplier of military supplies, battle field intelligence, and most controversially dual-use technology that allowed Saddam to create WMDs. Howard Teicher, who served on Reagan's National Security Council described in sworn statements how, "CIA Director Casey personally spearheaded the effort to ensure that Iraq had sufficient military weapons, ammunition and vehicles to avoid losing the Iran-Iraq war,"
Special Envoy Rumsfeld
During his period as Reagan's Special Envoy to the Middle East (November 1983 – May 1984), Rumsfeld was the main conduit for crucial American military intelligence, hardware and strategic advice to Saddam Hussein, then fighting Iran in the Iran-Iraq war. Although the United States was hesitant to support a Soviet client state, the prospect of a greatly expanded Iran outweighed these concerns. His first visit was when this footage was taken, from December 19 – December 20, 1983. He and Saddam Hussein had a 90-minute discussion that covered Syria's occupation of Lebanon, preventing Syrian and Iranian expansion, preventing arms sales to Iran by foreign countries, increasing Iraqi oil production via a possible new oil pipeline across Jordan as Syria had shut down an Syrian-Iraqi pipeline after some Syrian-Iraqi disputes.
Later Rumsfeld would try and claim that in his "head to head" meeting with Saddam he brought up Saddam's use of Chemical weapons on the battlefield. However, Rumsfeld didn't discuss the issue with Saddam and instead brought it up at a later meeting with Tariq Aziz (Iraqi Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister) in passing as part of a list of issues that "inhibited" US assistance.
Republican Presidential nomination
In 1988 when Rumsfeld made a short lived run for President he was quoted as saying that one of his great achievements while in office was to "reopen U.S. relations with Iraq." Even though by 1988 Iraq had been actively using chemical weapons against Iran and even his own people for years.
Golden Spurs
Rumsfeld didn't come empty handed on his trips to Iraq bringing a wide range of gifts from the Reagan administration including pistols, medieval spiked hammers even a pair of golden cowboy spurs. These were all displayed in at Saddam's Victory Museum in Baghdad, which held all the gifts bestowed on Saddam by world leaders.

maybe you think the New york Times, LA Times, and such are wrong, but criminal cases with .....................On September 8, 1988, the US Senate passed the Prevention of Genocide Act, which would have imposed sanctions on the Hussein regime. Immediately, the Reagan administration announced its opposition to the bill, calling it "premature". The White House used its influence to stall the bill in the House of Representatives. When Congress did eventually pass the bill, the White House did not implement it.
Washington's political, military and economic sweetheart deals with the Iraqi dictator came under even more stress when, in August 1989, FBI agents raided the Atlanta branch of the Rome-based Banca Nazionale del Lavoro (BNL) and uncovered massive fraud involving the CCC loan guarantee scheme and billions of dollars worth of unauthorised "off-the-books" loans to Iraq.
BNL Atlanta manager Chris Drougal had used the CCC program to underwrite programs that had nothing to do with agricultural exports. Using this covert set-up, Hussein's regime tried to buy the most hard-to-get components for its nuclear weapons and missile programs on the black market.
Russ Baker, writing in the March/April 1993 Columbia Journalism Review, noted: "Elements of the US government almost certainly knew that Drougal was funnelling US-backed loans--into dual-use technology and outright military technology. The British government was fully aware of the operations of Matrix-Churchill, a British firm with an Ohio branch, which was not only at the centre of the Iraqi procurement network but was also funded by BNL Atlanta... It would be later alleged by bank executives that the Italian government, long a close US ally as well as BNL's ultimate owner, had knowledge of BNL's loan diversions."
the list goes on, sorry.

May i suggest to everyone who want a palestinian state to check the facts before mouthing off. God Jehovah creator of this whole universe including the heavens and the earth have declared in the book of Numbers chapter 34 verse 1 to 13 that this is the land that i give to the Israelites. Anyone who tries to divide this land will have the wrath of Almighty God upon them.Israel may have nuclear weapons, never have they threatned to anihiliate any of their Arabs neighbours, in fact they have made concessions, gave away territories for the sake of peace ever since they came back to their land. May i remind you that for nearly 2000 years since the israelites have been scattered around the world as prophesied in the bible this land has been desolate, if the palestinians wanted it they could have had it, they didn't, and now all of a sudden they want the land that God has given to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Let face the facts they don't want the land they just want to exterminate the Israelites, let me tell you something, it is not going to happen because God is with Israel, and if God is with Israel who can be against them. Remember the 6 day war in 1967, and what about Yom-kippur in 1973. If the Muslims want to attack Israel thay will have to fight with Jehovah God, Jehovah Ra-ah, Jehovah Nissi, Jehovah Jirah, Jehovah Shalom. God urge us to pray for the peace of Jerusalem.

It is written where the temple of God is to be placed, the measurements, the items of pure gold. There is no negotiating here the temple can only go one place. you can relocate a church or even a mosque and it wont matter, but never the one TEMPLE of YHVH. All synagogues, churches, temples and mosques combined represent nothing in front of the TEMPLE of YHVH.
