Barack Obama's Town Hall New Orleans Little More Than Gumbo Run

Barack Obama spent 4 hours in New Orleans at a Town Hall in what amounted to little more than a stop to pick up a bowl of gumbo on his way to San Francisco. Louisiana is a red state and is clearly not on Barack Obama's favorite state list. The President did show his love for New Orleans though, the city voted for him unanimously. Politicians like Scalise, Cao,Vitter,Melancon,Landrieau and Jindal were openly upset. Republicans said they wanted less government and Obama gave it to them in spades.

One things for sure, the Obama administrations brain trust thinks it's a political mess down here, they do not want to get to close just in case those indictments start rolling in after the billions in Federal funds get distributed, they want to play it safe for Tuesday, November 6, 2012. There taking the stance that  the cream will hopefully rise to the top in this area .
