Barr Signs Transparency Oath

On the 20th of June 2008, Bob Barr signed the Oath of Presidential Transparency and swore to implenent transparency and accountability in the Federal Government with regard to taxes collected.

What Bob Barr has done has been historical and has not received coverage in the mainstream media. I wander if the other candidates for President of the United States such as Mc Cain and Obama are willing to do the same thing [that Barr did].
